It's funny I was changing my mind towards the Toshiba Regza 32WLT66, it has 2 HDMI ports too! Opinions?

I'm surprised they ignored your emails. iirc they replied to mine almost immediately. Don't let this deter you, as their delivery times and general service are fantastic. Their prices are also very cheap
Lyris, I have a Toshiba 32WL66 and you're right. IMO it's a very good TV but it has one big fault: viewing angles. I sit directly in front of my TV though so it doesn't affect me at all. My parents have the same TV and, because of its positioning, only a bit of image detail and colour is lost when you view it off-axis. I think it varies between each unit as I've seen some photos that show it far worse than it is on my TV. I've also noticed it varies between inputs - on HDMI, VGA, and component, it's basically fine at wide angles yet on the RGB scart input it's very bad

Okay guys, if you were looking for a 26" HD-Ready LCD (1366x768), w/ Component, HDCP-compliant DVI-I, and HDCP-compliant HDMI (could live with VGA instead of DVI-I if there was a second HDMI port capable of PC), what would you choose?
HDMI and DVI-I must be capable of both TV and PC inputs, without overscanning etc (like how the LG allows you to choose), 1360x768 resolution.

Well I finally took the plunge and ordered an HDTV. I went for the Toshiba 42WL66, the selling points being 1920x1080 resolution, dual HDMI, freeview, and generally excellent reviews. It also has component which will be used for the Xbox Media Center and VGA, which I'll use for my 360. Shame it doesn't have more than one component connection but that seems to be pretty much impossible to find.
Ordered it from Beyond Television for ?1358.

The apparent lack of per-input settings would annoy me as well (can anyone confirm that?). And the deinterlacing, while still good, is a little more obvious, but you'd have to be up close to really notice.
It still looks pretty good from what I saw but if the 1 HDMI isn't a problem, go for the Sony.
