Pretty much, though LCD TV's seem to have scalers more orientated towards scaling common TV resolutions.

Pretty much a whole new setup for me. The missus wanted to make our bedroom into a girly room, so I agreed on the basis that I could make the spare room into a man room - hehe!

Spent all last weekend decorating it and have just finished putting all the electronic stuff together.

Pretty pleased with it all tbh, just need a new sofa to arrive and a beer fridge for the World Cup.

you can't beat a bit of good old fashioned composite video action! especially when its ELEVATOR ACTION! (RETURNS). Really class game, never outta my saturn. i always wanted a white saturn like that one, got a dirty old grey one. I got a lovely mid-90's BLACK toshiba tv for all my retro gaming goodness. Consoles just don't work on flat panel tellies imo, cept the 360, and other prog scan stuffs.

I just look at that collection and I think "you twat"! I mean come on, no-one will ever be able to play all those and they're just there for collecting sake! Sheer waste if you ask me.
