Upgraded to a Samsung 40 inch LCD not long ago (bye bye 29 inch CRT )

Just waiting for some sort of hi def console to sit with it now.

What picture settings do you use for the ps2 on the Sammy? I've got a component cable but WE10 still looks terrible, that don't look too bad at all.

hehehe. Guess what's down here? A new fusebox. The old one was oldschool bits of aluminium foil stuck in between point styleee.

Old box - note hand scrawled "30Amp", which turned out to be 2 bit of 15Amp wire in parallel. Nice.

Did you get a full survey before you bought the place or just one of the cheapo valuation surveys?

Yeah, the survey pointed it out so we were fully prepared. Although just by looking at the fusebox it was fairly obvious.

thebuddahman: No beastie spiders, but plenty of rat and mouse poo in the ceiling and loft spaces (now duely cleaned out) - the pestX thingy I have in the wall socket keeps most spiders, rats and mice out now.

So, The Mrs finally had enough of the 360 hooked up to my panny pw6 plasma downstairs and forced me to move it upstairs.

So I spent the whole of last night re-cabling my computer desk and tv cabinet upstairs. I fooking love those cable tidy systems with the shoehorn type tool!!


Luckily I have a projector upstairs so the 360 is hooked up to that. It also meant I had to dig one of my old DD amps out of the loft and set that up.

No speakers at present (i'll sort that out tonight witha nice set of Missions taht I have lying round), so i'm using headphones which is kinda cool as I can have the sound up as loud as I want and I don't have to worry abot waking up my 4month old son.
