Plasmas are over rated anyway, for less money you can get a nicer DLP projector, which is smaller, gives a nicer picture and can give you a bigger picture too.

Total tosh. You can get nice LCD projectors for less money but not +good+ DLP projectors. Plus if you are going to get a projector
then its CRT that you want.

This is my setup in my room at home when I'm not in university (my uni setup was posted earlier in this thread).

Consoles are all PAL (aside from one of the PS2s which is NTSC-J) and are 2 PS2s, PSOne, DC, platinum GC, N64, SNES and Master System. Hopefully a JPN/US spice GC will be added to this. Everything is connected via RGB SCART (except the N64 obviously) which explains the 3 Argos switch boxes situated within easy reach.

The TV looks rather inadequate compared to everyone else's setups, but any bigger and it would be tricky to transport to and from university.




My games (plus my computer monitor and most of my DVDs too). I got a new fitted bedroom last year so I tried to have it designed to suit my gaming needs as best I could.

I only managed to watch mine earlier this week. Not as good as My Sassy Girl - but pretty good still.

You also NEED to open your Maison Ikkoku box set. I bought the HK subbed set and have watched all 96 episodes(in quite a short time, like 10 days-it's bloody addictive). This series is so beautiful it is unbelievable. The only prob is that you've got the R1s and they're not getting released that quickly
I think the 1st boxset is only 12 episodes and you'll just be left feeling uber-hungry for more
This series is definitely worth the hefty price tag that R1 anime usually comes with, so I'm going to start collecting those too

I already opened it - the disc is on the shelf in the second pic. Lots of very nice extras in that box .

You also NEED to open your Maison Ikkoku box set.

None of those boxsets are sealed!

I like to use a knife to cut a slit in the plastic wrapping so I can open it and get the discs out, but leave the wrapping on for protection .

Oh, and Maison Ikkoku is damn good (as I was expecting it to be having read the manga). Already looking forward to the next box .

Yamaha Amp.
Sony MD player.
See through green PAL xbox.
Tomorrow i'm getting some new Stands for the rear speakers and some Moniter Audio B1/B2. Haven't decided yet.

Spray painted Silver Dreamcast with Ice White Buttons and controller ports Picture isn'tvery clear but I painted the little squares too. 8)

Spray painted Silver N64 with Ice white buttons and controller ports, and Cartridge flap things. 8)

And, you've guessed it. Platinum US/JAP cube, with spray painted ice white front panel and buttons.

Looks pretty tidy doesn't it? Well pretty tidy for a 16 year olds bedroom!
