    Hey everyone,

Thanks to Roost I managed to get the exact same set at the same bargain price. It's definitely 12ms or less and an improvement on my last LCD TV.

I'm typing on it right now. The picture quality is incredible...

Edit: if you're interested in getting one of these (believe me, you are ) then you might want to read through this thread at the AV Forums discussing it.

Does it have Freeview Lyris? Not important to me, but just wondering.

Finally LCD tvs are becoming not only good for general AV connectivity but also good or reasoable PC displays. This really seems a cracking example.

Having had a 30" LCD previously i found it a bit on the big side for general PC gaming if using a normal desk position. Gonna give yourself squinty eyes, lol but it might be worth it

You telling me this was under ?800 OMG

Fraid not, although I think there's a model with built in Freeview available. It's significantly more expensive though, I think, so it's still better value to bring your own decoder.

Crap, no more stock of the 32" and they don't have a clue when they will have the 26" in.

Alloctation stock of the 26" has already gone too

How are they sourcing these at that price?

Well, heres my setup, no LCD TV I am afriad, just a 21" Sony CRT and a Panny AE200.

                    By day..

And by night (or afternoon)... 5.5ft screen

Next to the TV is my US Nintendo 64, and my modded PAL PlayStation2 (RGB to TV, Component for PJ if its 480p).

Left cabinet is component and RGB switches, Super Famicom (RGB), DD/DTS decoder and progressive scan DVD player (almost always on pj (480p).

Right cabinet houses Xbox (RGB), US+JP GC (don't ask). They are typically played through PJ has most games support 480p, but I occasionally play on TV too on something like Sonic collection etc.

Its not ideal switching stuff around, but its very rare I do it, apart from then when I took the pics Most stuff stays on the projector to be honest, but do switch to TV use if I don't think the game will benefit from a big screen or if the room is too light (not very often)..

                    Blah blah..

If anyone can answer that question, tell me. Is it some sort of mistake?

You sure its not the ones Microsoft gave away at the developer show, joking of course...

Glad you like it and seems a great purchase to you guys that got one.

I think we've been massively lucky. Everywhere else is around the ?1000 (for pre-orders) mark with high street shops being ?1200 or more.

I'm so happy with this TV, if anyone is thinking of getting a LCD in the near future you should definitely be looking at this one.

I'm with Roost on this. I at first stayed away from it, but when I saw what the price was like elsewhere, I decided there couldn't be anything too wrong with it. And it's paid off for us, big time. Just have to buy some external speakers now because it only has standard tinnyish ones on the unit, and I'm used to slightly more punchy sounds.

                              A total bargain.
