Now PLEASE get some guitar stands, you're going to **** the necks up

      Ummm, like these you mean?

I don't need advice on how to take care of my guitars thanks. If any of my guitars are being played that day they'll be in the corner next to the amp. And before you mention it, the bedroom radiator isn't switched on, so no heat warp.............

I love it. When you are finished jamming on your guitars (and after a hard days work) you can bust out some Kenny G, dim the lights and switch on the LAVA LAMP.

        Mmmmmm nice.

Actually you should lower the stands so they're as low down on the neck as possible, rather than at the top

Your previous pic had me worried, the guitars lined up against a wall

No, I shouldn't, you'll find that those Hercules guitar stands are designed to hold guitars exactly as they are in the photo. You obviously have your opinion on guitar storage, and it's one many people have, myself and most of my guitar owning friends don't agree with it, but it's an opinion.

Ok mate was only trying to help. Evidently my understanding of gravity and stress is different from yours.

              And your guitar owning friends.

I would quite like to see this argument resolved by Matt and Ikobo having...

                    A SHRED-OFF!!!

If you ask me the best possible storage is in their cases. Atmosphere, humidity and temperature are more of an enemy than gravity and slight stress.

It's all very minimal at the end of the day, and not even the pros worry about details such as this.

Nice family anyway. I need to somehow collect my Gibbo from my friend who is still looking after it in the UK.

You'll be pleased to know my two electrics are kept in their cases standing vertically

While you're at it, might as well never use 'em too!
