Also, is there anyway to enlarge the window and keep the same aspect ratio without stretching it too long or too short?

That should stop things stretching when they aren't widescreen I think.
But it's not what I truly mean. If you actually play a game, I'm wanting to either make the window larger or smaller (manually) yet still retain the aspect ratio (perfect sizing vertically and horizontally) in proportion to game being played.
