If they've sent it regular air mail, it could take about 10 working days before it reaches you. It took five working days for me to receive my order from them so you'll probably get it any day now.

Asked them why my game hasnt come yet, got this response, I figure this is applies to everyone else ordering their games from them around the same time as me.

        Hi Daniel,

It should arrive very shortly I'm assuming the only reason you havn't received
        it
yet is the New Year's holiday. Are shipping is among the fastest in the industry
but unfortunatelt around holiday time it gets delayed. I would expect you
        should
have it in the next few days for sure.
        Thanks

Got game today, and they also marked down the package to $20 just like I asked.

Great company, shall be using them again.

I've finally got the game i ordered way back in December. A bit sluggish on the email front, they sent the wrong game and promised another plus an extra game as compensation for the wait but the freebie didn't arrive

Doubt if i'll use them again.

have ordered from them for over a year now, never had a single problem, (inc getting bonus discs with the US Zelda:WW)

Can't reccomend him enough, and in response to Nintendomad, he has had the same website before, but rebuilt it fully hence why he seems relatively new. Longest I've ever had to wait for an order is 7 days (and that was over new year) and the last game I ordered from him (beyond good and evil for ?14 delivered!) arrived within 3 working days.

top trader who I cannot recommend enough!

Completely agree with you. I've been using VGP as my source for import GC games for over a year and I've never had cause to complain.

Without any facts to back up his opinion, I would suggest that nintendomad is a disgruntled competing retailer.

Didn't want to start a new topic when this thread is relevant so I'm bumping it instead.

I've just received Prince of Persia and Beyond Good and Evil from videogamesplus.ca and they're both in terrible condition.

The plastic on the cases are all creased and warped and on close inspection of BOTH the discs there's those little scuff marks used disks get.

I've sent them a "nice" email...

                  ****ing wankers.

My mate ordered BG&E on Monady night, it was posted Tuesday and arrived yesterday - 2 days from Canada.

It was not used like Valkens though.

Will always use them for my US games that I buy new from now on.

Just traded Beyond Good and Evil with a mate that he got from VGP and it too has the warping of the plastic on the back cover.
Maybe they got a job lot?

It looks like they were re-shrink wrapped. I'd say the heat from said process messed up the cases a little.

TBH I'm not gonna get into this kinda ****e with some dude in Canada. He knows we have very little comeback and I've already sourced some replacement cases.

True. Just out of interest where did you get replacement cases from?

BTW If your still looking for a US based retailer to get US games from try Tronix. They've been brilliant for me.

I got the cases from a mate who'd lost a few games at a party. The cases were a cruel reminder of his loss. They're mine now :P

I've heard good things about Tronix too... I'm sorry I didn't use them.

While it is fair to say that my experience is somewhat isolated I was still sold re-sealed games and the sealing process ****ed up the cases.
