i recived pn03 from them yesterday it was sent on monday so 4 days is not bad.
it was a brand new copy and only ?10.
i will be useing them again as they are very cheap and have got the best customer service

Well I got a reply with an explanation and an offer of a replacement with no guarantee it'd be any better. They insist they're all packed in fake ebay style shrink wrap on inspection of what they've got in the warehouse.

They seemed concerned that I was unhappy and made the usual offers etc but I'm not really gonna accept that tbh.

I'm not gonna make a fuss about it anymore... I'm too busy to spend any amount of time on this. I'm just gonna play the games instead. I've made my complaint etc and they've lost a customer with more money than sense :P

Ordered Pac Man World 2/Vs on Saturday, received following Thursday.

Ordered FF:CC on the Sunday, received on Friday.

Excellently packaged, and was marked as a gift as requested.

Highly recommended by me. Shall be using them again.

I've received 5 games from them, and each was delivered within 3 days. Very impressive. There was a slight dent on one of them, and a little bit of bubbling on the box, however nothing worth complaining about really. The service was excellent, prices cheap and the games work fine. That is what counts for me.

They have overtaken DVDBO as my primary US New Gamecube provider. I personally recommend them fully.

Ordered Beyond Good & Evil on 17/02, arrived today.

Game was sealed by Ubisoft and the disc looked brand new

Well I received Beyond Good & Evil from Tronix today and it too seems to have been resealed withd the back of the case being all creased and warped. The disk doesn't have a mark on it though. Weird.

Not really worth complaining about though. It cost less than ?15 and I can always change the case.

Ditto - with the US copy I asked for. Mind you I don't know whether they did a Canadian French/ English one.

Just thought I'd let you guys know that I checked my copy of Beyond Good & Evil just now and it has warping on the plastic on the back of the case.

I'm not that bothered personally as it was only ?12. I'll order from them again because of their delivery times but if I get any other problems that'll be that.

My copy also has the warping, but the disc is absolutely fine.
I'm used to getting warped stuff from North America, I always just assumed it was the heat? Ubi are located in California so I assume their warehouse is too, surely the heat just warps the cases?
