NESRGB really is stunning. Might have to go that route myself, install isn't too tricky!

Pardon my ignorance on the subject but does nesrgb allow for 60hz on pal machines or would one need an NTSC-U system to use it with?

Using a rubbish camera and having no photography skills, I took a couple of photos that represent 50% of what the Framemeister looks like using a standard SNES on a 42" LCD with scanlines enabled.

The camera has introduced various bad effects to the images. The picture quality is immaculate when seen in person, with no weird lines or banding etc... It's just my crappy camera and lack of skill.

You would need an NTSC machine. AV Famicom is the best machine to mod due to not having vertical banding.

Angle your camera and turn your flash off for better results! Some room light is beneficial

Thanks for the tips. I just turned the lights off and did what I thought was OK. Obviously.. I haven't a clue. The camera really is terrible though.

what sharpness setting do you use on the FM and your TV?

Based on TA I wouldn't buy a Framemeister to be honest. Very mixed images, mostly not impressive.

Saturn looks far better on The Framister Imo. Next week when I'm off work I'll use my digital camera and maybe even do a high definition video with the camera too

TA, is that one of these "Framemeister" things running on an LCD? As if so, you may have just convinced me to get a Saturn again...

Just need to find where I've put the JP/Euro Scart Convertor for it.
