Region Free Xbox/Xbox 360 Games (list in thread)

Yeah apparently World Cup 2010 is region locked.

But the consensus seems to be that Fifa 10 is not. I suppose at £15ish and a decent resale value it's not a big risk, more of an annoyance if it is locked just.

Maybe but according to Playasia Fifa 10 US version is completely region locked. So i would assume that the other versions would be to? I dont know, i would love the local Aussie version with Cahill on the front, but i dont know if i want to risk it.

I got a PAL copy of FIFA 10 on it's way to me as we speak so I'll pop back when I know for sure and let you know!

Not sure about NTSC-U, but it worked fine on my Japanese machine so I'd guess it would be totally region free.

No luck with Fifa 10 (PAL) on an NTSC-U machine.

Barcode ends in 077976 if that's any use or there are different versions, which I doubt but unsure.

It works on my US 360 but I haven't tried it on my Japanese console. I suspect it will work. Should get a chance to try over the weekend to let you know for sure.
