Next up is Jao Hunting, or just playing Urgent Orders all the way through - Which seems to have turned into a right ****fest on the main universes. MMObox advertisement spamming drowning your cries for help, and when you're in a game you're bound to have the leader restart the level as soon as a Sonichi doesn't show up, or even worse, abort the mission JUST before you get your Mission Points/Meseta >_< I know most people have these things, but it helps when you need to sodding recharge your PP!

Again, If anyone's looking for a person who doesn't care about Sonichi (much) and actually wants to collect their end of mission dosh, feel free to give me a bell. I can only do up to B-Rank, mind (level 63, level 100+ monsters are so close >_>). Got nothing better to do this weekend, iirc.

Due to a sudden (and many years too late) onset of PSO withdrawal, I picked up PSU for the US PS2. It's mainly for the offline mode, so that I can get some of that nice spacey hack'n'slash vibe again.
I do have a couple of question: will I be able to take it online from the UK? Will I be able to connect to the EU servers? Is it seperated by platform? I really have no idea how the server system works for this game, and I can't seem to Google up an answer.

If I recall correctly, The servers break down like this:

Western Servers - caters to UK/US players on the PS2 and PC
Japanese Servers - caters to JPN players on the PS2 and PC
360 Servers - caters to all regions on the 360

Providing you're playing on a proper US machine, I don't see any significant problems other than registering on playsega. As UK and US players share the PS2/PC server, there should be no issues with playing with english people.

A warning, though - it's well known that the economy and general play on the PS2/PC servers are ruined thanks to the game being hacked to smithereens, regardless of the character data being kept server-side.

That's mostly been sorted though - the PC and PS2 hacking has been stopped, but there's still the aftermath of it on the economy.

Pretty much the same stats as before - Richard Hawk, Level 75, Level 10 ForteFighter. Although given the amount of Mission points you get for even an A on the Rank C mission, I might be levelling FighGunner soon.

Got a 10-pointer on Parum A, and now I'm craving 10 points on Moatoob before Friday's change to Neudaiz (Endurance Test - Waves and Waves of enemies, hello Gohmon exp!). Will have to get my voice chat on for Moatoob though, I'm new to it and there's plenty of involvement needed. You'll have to let me know through messaging if you're suspectable to english grunting (albeit polite grunting) ;p

Looking forward to riding the Floader on Neudaiz mission today after work (apparently you have to get through the course in a certain time to get one of the chips)

I also now thanks to this event got lots of Cursed Pumpkins, 2 Pumpkin Rods, 2 Magical Wands (which were SO rare around Valentines :P) A ice Mugunruk a ground Mugunruk and a couple shigga bines boards. Also a few Halarod boards too. :P

My protranser is now ready on striking weapons for expansion (minus a Huge Cutter or Kan Yu) Now all I need is my Hirokteri (although I'd prefer a Rikaulteri, but they're not available really at all as no one does Grove of Fanatics *cries*)
