Forza2 online mayhem

If you guys are setting up a Forza team, then count me in. That would be great fun. Was good to finally race against you earlier today charlesr, that guy who kept on winning is easily the best Ive raced against. Some of his best laps are in the top 10 on the leaderboards.

Ill also be online tonight so if anyone wants to race, send me an invite.

How does everyone feel about using xleague.tv for this? They've approached us to offer ntsc-uk members Gold membership if we run our online challenges there. Not sure of the details yet, but I'm gauging interest from you guys.

They are running a Forza2 tournament and it makes it easy to organise events and track clubs and teams. For example, I've created an NTSC-UK club which you guys can join. Then we set up a team for each game. So you can quickly message all the people that are up for playing that game etc.

When the team wipes the floor with everyone (wishful thinking), you could end up on TV in one of their "match" shows.

Some good rces last night by the way. Althgouh i wouldnt advise having a few beers before racing online!! Some of my braking points were way out in the first few races!

Yeah, that would be good fun. Count me in. Echoing Marmite, some good racing last night, lap times were pretty close. Although I was watching Marmite and Force race way ahead in front too many times for my liking

yep, we had some pretty close finishes, those R3 GT3's are great fun to drive !
and we had 2 moving chicanes (2 of my friends) to watch out for

had some great racing this afternoon with Senna and a few other people, but in the end it was every race between me and Senna for the victory !
we had some pretty close racing.
Only downside was some idiots on the track that couldn't win and starting ruining the race for the others.... seems idiot like this comes with online gaming...

Yeah, great racing earlier. I can think of two races in particular, the one around Laguna Seca where the entire 5 laps we were about one second apart, and the one around Road Atlanta Long where one of the laps we went into the first corner side by side, only for you to just have enough grip to stay ahead.


After you went Force, the last race with those guys was 2 laps round the Nurbugring (practice for the endurance race tomorrow), and surprise surprise two idiots deciding to drive right into the back of the other 6 cars. Cue instant laughing from them. Some people can be right twats sometimes.

You seemed to get the brunt of most of the idiots, that race on Maple Valley where that Flood guy took me out once and you twice, and the other on Sebring where we were having a close race until someone side-swiped you on the last corner.

Makes it all the more annoying that the last update removed the ability to remove people from the race whilst on the track.

Anyways, cheers for the fun racing, and we need to get more ntsc racers online on this.

played this online yesterday against total strangers.... but goddamn... I have forgotten how many idiots are playing games online, there are people that are only concerned about their ranking, I was playing against an 31 veteran, the momement I passed him in a corner he knocked me of the track,
same thing happenend twice after with people with higher rankings...

that said, I did have some excellent races as well with people that raced hard but fair.

still though, I prefer to play this with people I know.

As in the endurance thread, Im getting my 360 sent away for repair. Next two or three days are the last Ill have on this great game for a while. So if anyone fancies a game and sees me online, feel free to join in (Force we need to get those close races going again).

Don't know if I'll be online much this weekend, but if I am online I'll glady join ya for some racing !!

Aye, going by the NTSC Elise challenge and the Forza TT times, its going to be VERY close on the leaderboards between us. Dont get too comfortable in the next four weeks, Im always up for a challenge.
