I know. 19 seconds chopped off my first attempt! And that first attempt nearly ended in destruction on my last lap.

It's amazing how much better I am at this after learning the track a ton. I've been messing with different teams, too, even though it felt disloyal because until a few hours ago I'd only ever used Feisar! I was mainly using them for the shield and handling, but the more I learned the track the less important they got, and so I could try something else instead. I've actually beaten 2:09.03 with three different teams now

With another day I think I could challenge SH4R4KU's time. I'm sure that's hardly his best, but I think there's that kinda pace in me. I'm done for now, though, so good luck if you're having another go

Damnit. Somehow knocked another second off there but man I'm just so messy. I have the skills then on the second to last lap there I got a perfect lap and new lap record, I stupidly looked at the time I got then crashed. I always do it. I can't keep my concentration.

Does it not display the lap times or lap records anywhere after the race? I am wondering what my lap record was, I totally ignore that stuff during the race!

Nah, doesn't tell you. You can go to Records on the main menu and it shows you overall time records, what team and how many speed pads. My best time had 30 pads, where as one time at 2.09.34 had 38!! Strange.

I've leapfrogged koopa again, and toythatkills has caught right up with FSW after his no show this week. Poor show!

Aww man didn't have a chance to better myself - only had about 5 attempts the first time as well so definately could have done better!

Instead I found myself watching "The Adjustment Bureau" and packaging my faulty 3D TV to be collected tomorrow - this, along with selling my projector means the biggest TV I shall have to fight you lot on is 22" (or my OLED 15" which benefits from minimal lag apparently but is hindered by its size!) until I buy new ones when I move in September... Not good considering I need to solidly beat Rossco in the next challenge or two!

I wrote this before the boards went down for a few hours but:

Niether - just do your lap and post your time. If your time is insane then Rossco might ask for a photo (or you might feel compelled to do a video like SH4R4KU did a few challenges back!) but really this is quite a laid back comp.

Rossco - give me another zone challenge to whip you on, or one where I have to destroy things - not an excuse but I shall admit I'm not the best at "fastest time" challenges!

Didn't get round to making a challenge tonight, so will do one tomorrow. I think I've exhausted all avenues, but I'll see if I can come up with something to keep it interesting.
