Got the POL Update and about half of the FFXI update but now I keep getting Network Busy errors and haven't been able to download anymore files for hours now

So have you heard about the NPC Quest:
Spolier:
Quest starts in Upper Jeuno I think and makes you go round finding certain NPC's and resulting in a BCNM40 Solo fight.
