Ok well I do wish to farm tonight for a couple of hours but if people are all available to head in tonight then I don?t see any reason to delay it. If I remember correctly Talizker does not usually get online until around 9pm anyway so if we arrange to meet up in Jeuno at around 8:30-9pm then I can farm beforehand anyway.

I think our last trip ended behind Banishing Gate 2 but we went straight on when we had a choice to go left, and ended up dead. I think that left passage should be our first target.

You are right about the location. I ran down that left passage to Warp as you guys died at the hands of those skeletons so it looks like a good bet.

Well last night's Garlaige Citadel run was mixed to say the least. We found the furnace (or Crematory Hatch as it turns out to be called). /cheer

However when we tried to enter we were informed we could open it if we had "the right key". /fume

Cue much standing around wondering what might drop "the right key" and praying it isn't off the uber skeletons that so successfully handed us our ass last time. Luckily a mage appeared from what looked like to be from inside the room and informed us that the key was dropped off of Fallen Evacuees which are the weakest skeles in the zone so we Escape and commence kiling. Turns out there is only 6 altogether and the droprate on this key is crappy. We only managed to get one drop and it appears we each need one to get inside the furnace.

So not quite as successful as I'd hoped (although I was able to find the ??? for Teleport-Dem quest by sheer luck so I profited out of the trip.

Good work guys, I think I got lucky with a key drop for the furnace. Picked one up while we were organising for a coffer hunt in Garlaige and then popped the coffer and the room one after the other. Would be happy to come give a hand whacking away at this one but didn't wat to spoil the fun by telling you what was where etc

Don't you need in key for the chest about now Talizker? The coffer hunt is a pain but best if you can get a party with you mid week. Sweeping all the areas is easy if you have 4 of you!

My first Coffer Key is an Eldieme Necropolis one which I haven't got yet (I went along on a hunt a few weeks back to get a feel for it and it ended Alliance = Death). I think Darwock needs this also so maybe a fun? thing to do with the LS sometime soon!

You are correct though that I will need the Garlaige Citadel one after that (the fun never ends!). Can we take Coffer Key mobs with four people? The ones in Eldieme seemed very difficult but I have a feeling much of that was down to the unorganised state of the Alliance.

Once we have the BCNM40 runs complete I will try and organise my Mission 5-1 run and the Coffer Key hunts. I will also be back to the exp game to push towards 55 and the Shadow Lord fight while 'trying' to get another Subligar run.

On the subject of that, I was speaking to a Lv74 BLM a couple of nights back who told me its much easier to get RDM Subligar from Sacrarium (Lv50 COP Zone) but unfortunately you can't access that until you've done 'a number' of COP missions /sigh

I think I read about that Sacrarium place as well, however from what I hear CoP mission's become rather tough, the one we are both on seems to be a real challenge, I have been turned down on it before because of not having a suitable job for it, which means I might either push for WHM to 40 or maybe a DD job for this.

I am going to hold off and go back to get my other subligar when some of the LS get past Promyvion's, also im in no rush to go through it all again just yet, that was one long night, 7am finish to get my subligar.

From what I hear the one after the minotaur is very nasty. You need effectivily 2 to kite and one to do the tanking on the mob you're taking down. Based on that you need a main healer, back up healer and a heavy DD. Previously people were using RNG/NIN as the kits not sure if that would be as effective now but it should be. PLD can tank the main mob with an RDM and WHM for support but this ones apparently hellish.

The reward for comleting it though is access to the best looking zone in the game from what I hear from people so got to get there. Also opening up more of the bits and pieces in Tavnazia would be nice.

0916: News filters through that McGrath has been injured in a pre-match warm-up. He fell to the floor after standing on a stray cricket ball and was immediately surrounded by concerned team-mates, leaving the field some minutes later on a motorised buggy to be assessed by medical staff.

The gods may be smiling on us, that and it looks like I'm able to work in the UK all next week :>

I guess now is a good time to update you on the Promy situation for the group that I plan to put together.

I am all ready to go with all level 30 equipment in my mogsafe. All I will need is the purchase of Ninja Tools and shuriken when the time comes.

Moot?s WAR is now at 30 and has a NIN sub available too. I think he also has a full set of equipment ready to go.

I have ordered CoP for Apathye and am just waiting for it to arrive. Apa is on holiday at the moment but as he mentioned above he will be back on 19th August. Also has full set of equipment.

Van is all set with a THF sub and appropriate equipment. Has already cleared Promyvion-Dem.

Cassius I have not spoke with regarding this for a while. Hopefully he is still up for being the WHM for the group. Will speak to him later.

Tobal is hopefully the 6th man. I know he has cleared Promyvions already but when I did an ENM with him he seemed to know where he was going and how best to deal with Memory Recepticles so I hope he is still willing to come along for this.

As for when this will be going ahead, I am due to take annual leave from 15th August for 2 weeks so would like to make a start during that break. Possibly have first attempt on weekend of 20th August provided Apa is back online by then.

I think that was for the Limit Break 1 item (although I got a regular key). I seem to remember that there were tomb mages and warriors in that area (as well as the Lich's we were killing) and it was 'relatively' safe to camp compared to where my last alliance went!.

Don't know what to do really. I can waste alot of time trying to get a party/alliance to try for the Subligar in Phomiuna Aqueducts. Even with a suitable party finding and getting the drop from the RDM is going to be hard and involve loooooooong sessions with very late finishes (it takes somewhere in the region of 2-3 hours just to reach the area with the fomor RDM).

The JSE items (Lv50) would seem to be there to use for the Lv50 cap COP Missions where you can't use your AF body (or similar). I would like to use it to exp (it has great stats for RDM) until my AF Body but I could end up wasting time that could be used in getting Lv60 and AF Body. I could then maybe get an easy Subligar drop later on in Sacrarium. Hmmmmm
