EDIT: Ok, I managed to log in, but none of the search features seemed to be working. This includes people searches, AH searches, and party member searches.

Would this be a problem for tonight?

Not having a Search function isn't a major issue. However the fact that neither myself nor Moot can log in (neither could I this morning) and that the current issue has been ongoing for about 12 hours now may have some impact on our Promyvion plans -_-;

Last night was a bit of a wash out after all (we can probably expect the same tonight what with the maintenance and all). However I got quite a bit done despite losing most of the evening.

I did eventually get on around 10 o'clock - bought my next bit of ancient magic, then went to try it out while levelling Wagwei in the jungle again. He hit level 31 and on the way back I got an Elshimo marble! However I was mildly disappointed when I saw that Teleport:Yhoator only sells for half the price I got for Teleport:Mea.. considering one quest is easy and the other is a nightmare you'd think it would be the other way around.

Then I got involved in Windurst 6-2, cleared the BCNM but still have to go key hunting in Oztroja >< Looks like I'll be every coffer hunters best friend for a while...

Incidentally I also noticed that supply is outstripping demand for the first time ever on Sorceror's rings... there are 8 listed now which just goes to show the price is beyond what most people can afford. It's hovering around 800K-1 million.

Last night was pretty quiet for me, just got SAM from 1 - 6 and got DRG to 8. Nothing much more to say really, was a nightmare for the guys. Everyone was sat in Jeuno ready for the promyvion run which slowly disintegrated. I remember this when we were doing the promy runs, always having to shout up to fill the spare places when they weren't filled. Probably the most difficult part of the promyvions was actaully getting everyone together, think the 4 of us were very happy when we found Princesblade and Jstrtrx.

Having a think about what to do next at the moment, I think getting WHM to 30 and then BST to 20 will be the next next 2. After that I think WAR to 40 and then back to PLD to get it to 70.

Heh, the stolls to holla were painful but rmeember those magic starts at 9pm when once again the 2 raqngers we all thought were coming were nowhere in sight. The shouting in Jeuno the general amusement and our spire runs were ace. Just the boss kicked out butts real hard twice up there

I think sometimes time softens the blow!

Didn't realise that the log in issues were so severe, I just singed in and bingo was online. Tonight I beleive we have maintenance which is a bit of a pian but hey you can't have everything, particulalry not a working service by the looks of it.

I'd just like to say right now that DRG has to be the most fun job I've ever had at lowbie levels. The thing is plain unstopable I just much a kabab and then run round murdering everything I see, was getting up to chain 4 on EMs, then again managed chain 3 on SAM as well

By the way anyone need either darksteal bolts or thieves tools, got plenty for sale at discount prices! Next will be hairashin...

Quiet night last night, just got Hicory sorted for Teleport-Holla and managed to mine up a piece of darksteel ore on Chakmool which was a nice surprise (and it sold overnight).

I really need to start making some notes for each job because I want to be good at all the jobs I play and with so many on the go its easy to get rusty at the ones you levelled earlier.

Don?t know how many people in the group can read this here but would people be wiling to run a Promyvion tonight to make up for last night?s difficulties. I was hoping to watch the Man Utd match but am willing to forego that. Obviously it depends on if everyone logs on (I?m not sure if Cassius will be on tonight) and if maintenance goes beyond the planned 7pm finish then there is little point in attempting a run due to time constraints on certain members.

If we cannot do a run tonight then it is going to be the weekend before the next can be attempted as Vanicent works a 12-8 shift on Thursdays so will not be online that evening.

Looking beyond the promyvions, when you guys have completed them would you all be up for pushing onto the level 40 cap missions that follow. I'd really like to get these ones on the go and get into Riverne Site A as it's suppose to be graphically the most amazing area in the game...

In other thoughts ZM4, Talizker and Darwock when you hit 60 do you want to look at us getting ZM4 done. I think a praty at 60 is suppsoed to be able to deal with this one though I know little to nothing about it. Think the ones following this are about level 65 with a balanced party. I really want that sky access and to get all 3 of us there together at 65 would be ace.

Obviously I?ll want to do the next Promyvion missions. However personally I would like a few days after completing the Promyvions just to explore the Tavnazia zones, get my bearings, see what I can find, stuff like that. Also I am missing a couple of important level 40 equipment items (notably Fuma Kyahan but I?d also ideally like to finally own some attack + Kote so Ochiudo?s or better still, Horomusha).

Naturally I would like to try ZM4 with you guys, and don't mind trying it at 60 but in just over a fortnight I'm off to Japan for three weeks, so it might not be feasible to include me in any plans. I'm also once again at the stage where my level is exceeding my gil supplies... already overdue for level 54 and level 56 spells (and I suspect Sleepga II is an important one to get for a lot of missions) so I really ought to put in some farming time. Also hoped to camp for a moldavite earring at 60.

For the CoP mission following Distant Beliefs I had hoped to have summoner to 40 (currently 34 but I'd promised myself to solo it which would be a tall order if time was an issue)

Didn't start too well last night! I got a Coffer Key for Boyahda Tree the night before and had looked for the Coffer afterwards (for the map) with no luck so I logged out in the zone. When I logged on last night I started a sweep of the zone and found a Coffer after about 10 mins, it was situated by one of the central tree with 3 Knight Crawlers near by. I already had Sneak up and thinking that someone else may steal my treasure I ran forward and opened it...

...fogetting to cast Protect, Stoneskin and Phalanx etc. NP, I have the map, time for Chainspell + Escape! /sigh - too slow, Talizker is defeated mid Escape and lands dead outside the zone.

Still, I got a Raise from a cheery bunch of Tarutaru's who were partying outside!

So, back to Jeuno and see if I can get a party invite (no flag again, just search comments). Nothing much happening so I head off to Windurst to complete a quest then head back to Jeuno. I spent another 30 odd minutes chatting to Hic then at 11.30 decide to call it a night. Just as I was about to log off in the MH I get an invite from a NIN in Valley of Sorrows. Well, it's only sleep so I head off for 2.5 hours of fun. Got 6-7k exp in that time which puts me <5k to Lv59

COP Missions - Just let me know when!

ZM4 - Well, I am hoping Lv60 will come round over the weekend so yes I am definately up for it. We can look at doing this before D goes to Japan (lucky git...) or leave it until he gets back.

Once I get Lv60 I will be spending probably 2-3 weeks leveling WHM and BLM both to Lv40 so I can now nicely fit this in when D is away, meaning before or after is spot on with me. With this in mind depending on when we start the COP Missions I will maybe able to offer WHM, BLM or RDM for the 40 cap ones...

I was hoping to do a little levelling with my RNG before maintenance tonight, and then Promyvion after that.

Sadly, I can't seem to get the game to load, it puts up a network error message (POL 1160) while checking the game version.

Oh well, on the plus side, I'll be all set in Jeuno to do Promyvion, when the maintenance ends.

I don't want to be overly pessimistic, but I wouldn't get your hopes up Van. When a DDoS attack coincides with maintenance it's usually bad news, and this particular DDoS attack seems to have been going on for around two days now.
