They reshuffled promyvion quite a bit, it was around the same time they made it possible to return to the spire entrance from the exit (which couldn't be done when we tackled it - remember the Dem effort where we had to try and get a whm back up for the next group?). From ENM experiences I'd also swear blind the regular mobs in promyvion have been made easier... weeper aggro in the later levels used to be real challenges, and anything more (seethers etc) would generally be at least one death. Not any more (although having muppets in the team will still lead to wipes obviously). The bite was definitely taken out of it, I've never repeated the mission bosses so can't say whether those were also made easier, but that's the word on the streets.

True probably me and overkill there I like my meds I do, I use ethers due to short usage time again.

Ouryu I think was my highest med use, I used 17 x-potions in that fight, 4 yag drink, 5 persikos and an icarus wing. Just to round off the set I also used 2 tacos, 2 charges from the blink headband and 2 charges from a momento muffler.

Just a peice of history as well, our first run a Dem was the first time Rabs joined the LS for an event and picked up his pearl on a sprouts run a few months later

True I was very new to the LS then, only got my pearl from Mahlory a few weeks before. I got that after good old Caesarion (now Moot) had brought in Hicory and she got me in.

Wasn't long after that that both Mihki and Mahlory quit, the effect I have on people eh?

Ah Darwock, crossed wires it seems. I do know that Promyvion zones themselves were made easier. I just don?t think the bosses have ever been weakened. I feel there may have been some confusion amongst the ?masses? when ENMs were introduced and some of the early clearers of Promyvion realised the ENM bosses were easier and assumed that the story bosses were similarly so when this is not the case.

As for your Ouryu meds, that is quite simply unbelievable and not something I could replicate even if I wanted to.

Last night I took a trip into Riverne B so had to switch over to lvl 50 cap gear. Putting as much stuff away as possible I had 8 spaces in my inventory free and I wasn?t carrying shurikens which I?d also need.

Factor in Mistmelts too (I reckon I?m gonna want to carry at least 4 of those) I?m gonna be really struggling come meds time

            17 X-Pots :O

The x-pot I used everytime the Dragon was slept and any time I could get one in. I didn't carry the mist melts for us, tanking is a busy affair against that thing. I had tobal and Wedge deal with it as I was going flat out just to stay on top of hate etc. Though in fairness I was fine till Geotic Breath hit.

Still all this talk of Ouryu has got me itching to try it again

Yea, I still need to kick his scaley ass too. Problem is there never seem to be any shouts for it in jeuno when I'm around. If I get my own party going, we always seem to never get hold of the last job we need (usually a tank)

My only attempt against this guy ended terribly as well.

Freaking hairy fight that one, it was touch or go at the end, I had used the last mistmelt (of 8 between wedge and myself) and darwock was prepping a massive freeze AM on him.

Seeming as DM been moved to Thursday we should try for Ulima mithra BC Wednesday night, with Mosely using Smn and tali healing the best he can between Astral flows. Hopefully I?ll have the exp from tonight to make it through, so get all the CS done tonight so we only have the fight to go.

After that we?ll need to farm salt for sure, with a plan of Wedge(tsing on back up) being the main user of the salt so, Darwock, Mosley and myself are free to DD the crap out of the bomb as it takes 15 secs to use a salt to halt the timer for 15secs, which would still leave wedges pet attacking.

Wednesday is good with me. What does salt drop from?

bombs in the caps zone i think, we get 2 bomb drops = 1 salt (trade to orc npc in ulg.range)

You trade cluster cores for the salt, now I thought it was 4 cluster cores for 1 salt. I have 3 from when we went cluster killing for Tobals Katana. Again what I will do for the Mithra BC is load up heavily with hi-potions, should take around 20 with me and just keep taking and trying to keep hat as best I can.

I think for the Mithra BC we're looking at 3 mithra and 2 pets (Wyvern and Bunny). Plan as I see it goes like this...

I run in like a total spoon and 2 hour, we wait for the pets to come out (not sure how long that is or if they're up at the start). As soon as pets are up Mosley hits Astral Flow. We then disengage and Darwock goes ES + Sleepga II, this should sleep 1 maybe 2 of the Mithra.

Depending on how effective sleep is we'll have to wing it:

If 0 are awake we rest up and reengage the first to wake
If 1 is up we all pile on
If 2 are up I main tank one, wedge occupies the other with a pet
If 3 are up we go split the effort with Wedge ant Tobal meleeing one, pet on the third and I tank 1 alone

Key is to get mosley by whatever method necessary to Astral Flow 2, at that point we'll see the mithra start to drop. After that should just be clean up.

The one thing we can get is the muddy siredon grill to stop them regening tp, the mithra can and do skillchain which will hurt me an awful lot.

I'm also free tonioght now as my drinking budy has been called off to a corporate racing event in London.

I probably won't be using Sleepga II, as that's level 56... I thought the BCs were still all 50 cap for the time being?

They are, so I guess that means sleepga?

Yeah I can ES+sleepga and if it lands I can then try to overwrite them with Sleep II to keep them down longer.
