I know I wax lyrical about Limbus a lot, but to anyone who can take part but hasn’t yet, get involved. It’s really the best thing you can do in Vana’diel with your clothes on.

Had another fantastic run doing NE Apollyon yesterday. Whether it was because of the rumours of a price decrease on the Cosmo Cleanse coming in the update, but only 10 people turned up at the gathering point. When we started it became obvious that our one and only RDM (we had no WHM) had forgot the key item and we had no time to wait so we proceeded to clear the run with no dedicated main heal (relying on BRD, BLU and COR for Cures).

Still cleared the entire run in one of the best Limbus events so far and due to the low number of attendees everyone got 7 coins which is my highest haul so far for a single run.

Once I’ve gotten around 50 coins, I’m going to start scouring the bazaars for bargains to finish off my Brutal Earring.

Yup was an awsome run as Rare says, really was good fun. Mondays seem to be low attendance for some reason, but i expect people have been holding back due to the price drop today! Be V.Cool seeing how much they alter the price too. 25k ftw i say!

Not much happened outside the Toau missions, I repeated 29 to get tsing,dara,tali and segg through which got pretty close in the end as they all died and I 2hr?d to win, followed up by tsing teleport back to jeuno and a long boat ride back , then completed mission 31 which was pretty nasty, link about 6/7 mob all with 80hp per tick poison, managed to win after killing the third one. Followed up by 2 long, long but ace cutscenes.

Had a quick look on there and I think I need to get my head around the whole thing before I sign up, the two equipment sets look to exclude Brd and Bst so I need to know there is something to gain.

Can all jobs get AF+1?

Every pre-Aht Urghan job has an Artefact+1 set at this time.

When we do limbus runs we get items from chests to get the +1 armor you require 2 of these items and you original AF peice that you want to upgrade and a number of coins 15-35 normally.

atm there are BST's in the shell but they hardly attend so if it drops its yours and there is 1 other brd you would be lotting against if you went main brd. I would adivse BRD/BST as you would get bst anyways.

After you have upgraded your AF you can then do the AF request again if you want the standard peice

If you dont fancy upgrading your AF then the more popular items you can get from Trading a NPC coins are

Boxer's Mantle - nin/pld/thf mainly
Brutal Earring - nice DD earring
Loquacious Earring - nice Mage earring
Musical Earring- Nice Brd Earring
Flawless Ribbon - Nice for Bst
Charger Mantle - Nice DD ^^

We split all coins between the group at the end of the run.
