And this one was only used exclusively with my old Amiga for extended games of Sensible World Of Soccer.

To ensure conformity I have a Japanese controller with the blue start and red ABC buttons coming. I just have to hope that when I do get to test the Mega Drive, it works.

Todays wares purchased were a bog standard unboxed Nintendo 64 in good nick with 2 pads and GT64, Wave race, Mission Impossible, WF No Mercy, International Superstar Soccer 64, and thankfully Goldeneye for £20.

Also got a Boxed Sega master system 2 on the way once the seller gets back to me on postage (in the wrong box, alex the kid box but the console has Sonic the hedgehog preloaded) and 6 games for the princely sum of £12.50p

Last Saturday I picked up a Boxed with instructions Sega Saturn in great nick with 2 pads, a third party 8mb memory card (that I don't know how to use, if you know please pm me!) Alien trilogy, Sega rally, and 4 other games that I forgot the names of, and a Sega Megadrive 2 with 3 games and a boxed Megadrive Arcade power stick, along with a Sega MegaCD and 6 games that unfortunately had been attempted to be powered up by the previous owner with a Snes powerpack, as he lost the original one. Thankfully Chaoticjelly came to the rescue by swapping Psu's, and I have a fuse ready to be soldered into the MegaCD so fingers crossed. That lot was £70.

Reference megadrive pads, I remember years ago I had a normal white start button MD pad that had the red ABC buttons, no idea what or where it came from.

IIRC (will need to go look), my Sonic 3 and Ecco were Genesis games - would Genesis games work on a JP/HK MD or am I just imagining this?
Im not sure but all the Asian Megadrives seem to have blue start buttons. I have had those Thai/Asian PAL Megadrive 1's and the pads have blue start buttons the boxes are Japanese looking but they have a metal foil sticker on saying PAL.

Your Genesis games without lockouts on them would work yeah, mostly early release games the later release ones were mostly locked out to foreign systems.

I guess a HK MD would run on PAL?

Yep, mine has the PAL sticker on the underside.

As you can see from that, it's been a while to get it all here to me

I remember at Sofmap AKiba last year I bought Eternal Arcadia and PSO Ep. III new for 500 Y each too.

Must be the going price for GC games with surplus stock.

For Saturn there's Shadows of Tsuk, Zork 1, Off World Interceptor, Roommate Ryoko Inue, The Tower and Tantei Saburo Jinguji. For the Dreamcast I got Hello Kitty Garden Panic. Don't laugh ! I only got it because it only came with the Kitty Dreamcast sets. And finally Golden Axe II for the Mega Drive.

                          Yakumo
Huh...wow, I never knew 'The Tower' for GBA was a Saturn port. Same cover too. Cool.

You mean the Tower is on the GBA? that's news to me. Does it have the little FVM sections in it when they show you the people moving about in the building?

The Tower is indeed on GBA. Never played it - the screenshots make it look a bit like Sim Tower. Is it like Sim Tower?

Looks scaled down as it has pretty crappy visuals so it can't be as decent-looking as the Saturn version I'd imagine even if the Saturn version looks crap. But yeah it is on the GBA, limited release to Toys R Us and EB Games here. NO idea why they released it, I'm positive it sold poorly.

Anyways some shots. I had been thinking it was a port of Yoot Tower. It is in some way in any case related to Yoot Saito as the game is (c) Vivarium. Cool to know somehow it is Saturn game port.

No idea if it has the FMV Yakumo, I've kept mine sealed as I had no intention of playing it.Wonder if it got a JP release or EU for that matter?

Aaaaand just to keep thhings on topic, I recently bought a poster of VF Kids for the Saturn.

And got a sealed Saturn Last Bronx very cheap ($10) and longbox VF Remix ($7.50 CAD) , very uncommon compared to small CD jewel case one. And Hotel Dusk.
