There was one of those NDPD units on assembler forums a few weeks back for £170 some guy called shiggsy was selling it.

The hardest bit to get are the carts for the dev machines, they sometimes appear in the selling foum over there.

I've bought a ton of GB games in the past few months to play on the GC; average price around £5:

So lucky to find a complete edition of Othello - trying to find it for ages. The Battletoad games are fairly difficult, but OK. Megamen are a bit rubbish, but Roger Rabbit and Ducktales are very good platformers.

Heiankyo Alien is brilliant especially the redone mode. Spud's adventure is a little known Atlus action-RPG. The FF games are all a bit generic - didn't realise Mystic Quest and FF Adventure were same game.

The Game & Watch games are all boring. Thankfully they didn't cost mush.

Ah! All those Game Boy games bring back memories. There's some really good stuff there, or at least stuff that was really good 10 - 15 years ago. I wonder if they still stack up?

I got that Star Trek game a while ago. I think that type of game play started to look dates round about the time that Pong was first developed.

Super Hunchback on Gameboy arrived today for me.

How is City Bomber? I'm just dithering over confirming my order.

Well it's... just like your standard bomb the city game! But it's not easy actually... took me a few attempts to get off level one and I've only made level three so far.

Went to a car boot sale on Sunday. Picked up a few PS1 games(G-Police, GTA2 and Jonah Lomu) for ?1 each. Also got Aladdin, Ecco and Sonic 3 for 20p each on the Megadrive. Was feeling pleased with myself after that, and then thought I'd topped it when I got a Dreamcast for only a quid! Sadly it seems to be faulty-it plays CDs but not game discs. Weirdly enough, if I insert a game disc and then go to play CD it'll recognize that the disc is there. Ah well, only a pound I suppose, hopefully a mate of mine can get it working, and if not I'd imagine the controller that came with it to be worth more than a pound anyway.

Then yesterday I went to a retro shop in Notting Hill Gate and picked up Fever Pitch Soccer on the Megadrive for ?1, Turok 3 on N64 for ?3, and WWF No Mercy for ?2, (I lent my previous copy to someone a few years ago and never got it back). I also picked up Chameleon Twist 2 for ?1, which surprised me as I wasn't even aware they'd made a sequel to the first one. Then picked up Pitfall at a charity shop for 50p later in the day.
