^ The potentiometer might just need twiddling. It's dead simple. Google it.

Thanks Yakumo. It only cost me about $142 (+$28 shippping) so not altogether a bad deal, to me, anyways. It really is a beautiful machine.
This one differs from the ones used for the article by that fellow - forget his name/site - in a number of ways. The rest button does work. It does play NTSC-J games, not other regions.
Very strangely enough however this one has a North American bios. It boots up just like a US/Canadian Saturn. Yet it plays NTSC-J softs. It also somehow escaped the removal of its Japanese language option - it's still there, intact.
Very strange beast! Beautiful nonetheless. Soothes the pain somewhat I still carry from missing out on that Samsung PiCO a few years back....

IIRC Nintendo went with Hyundai.
In any case the English boot-up has no relevance to it being a Korean model or vice-versa. Same goes with the North American bios, which still plays NTSC-J softs.
The point being made was actually tha unlike the other documented Samsung Korean Saturns, this one did NOT have its Japanese language option removed due to anti-Japanese laws of sorts from back then. And that despite the US boot up screen it plays JP softs. Seems strange that they wouldn't just go with the JP boot up screen.Last edited by usman; 24-10-2007, 15:54.

Loose: no
About ?70 should be the max for a loose Multimega, and you might to be able to pick one up for less if you scout around for a while.
