    Errr, whut? Tat?

Unboxed and far from perfect maybe, but that lot would be heaven for a retro gamer like me, who doesn't neccesarily collect.

I know it's not that great from a collector's point of view (lots of common titles, all loose carts, no ZOMG R@RE etc) but from a gamer's POV it's a great haul. There are lots of really fun games in there and also a lot of the essential canon like classic 1st party Nintendo titles.

Hmm re-reading my post ive come across as a bit rude, not my intention at all.
Im just not sure delaying there inevitible journy into the bin was such a great idea? Why was the shop closing down? You'd struggle to sell most of that at a car boot sale, and if you plan to keep it as a collection i dont think you'll be satisfied with it for very long if your serious about collecting. In my opinion you should have spent the money on 5 or 6 really nice, minty retro games. Still as they say opinions are like assholes, everyones got one and some of them stink! No offence was intended nintastic, good luck.
No offence taken at all mate.As you said opinions are opinions that's why there called opinions ! : )

For me, as ChaoticJelly said earlier I thought it was a GREAT find that I couldn't possibly refuse and from saving them from the possible tip was a further need to buy them and stop this from happening. From my point of view, there's more gameplay in them so called *tat* games than many you can find on today's generation of systems and that's a fact or of course my opinion

I didn't have the intention of buying to sell either when I bought them. I bought them to keep and play !!!! And that's the most important word PLAY and I will, if not me, my friend's will on my retro day off's to spread the word of retro but rest assured if you know me I'll play on all of them at some point !! Fair enough I will trade a few but that's what I've done for the past 30 year's.

As another man say's ' Another mans tat is another man's treasure ' and to me, my haul is my treasure !

I'll pop some more pics on tomorrow if you all like as I'm off work for 24 hours and you should see what else I've found !!

        Nintastic.

I disagree theres some classic good gems in there. I think i saw Kid Clown in Crazy Chase, all the Super Star Wars Trilogy, Turtles Tournament Fighters (i think i saw Turtles in Time next to it too) and some Nintendo classics.

Although Paperboy 2 needs to be melted into a tiny puddle. One of the worst games i have ever played in my life.

Kudos to you Nintastic, you jammy bastard. Alot of my childhood favourites i wouldn't mind revisting in there. Especially Super Star Wars.

Got a RGB scart cable for my SNES today. The difference is fantastic, particularly in 60Hz mode. Awesome.

That Amidar game is a blast from the past! I used to have that for my 2600 when I was still at primary school! Fantastic stuff.

Hey Nintastic nice to see you have Star Fighter 3000 there. The original was on the Acorn RISC OS platform and Acorn bods(like me) are very proud of it.

Asterix on the Master System. Used to love that game when i was about 5 or something. God knows what it's like now though. Also used to enjoy that world grand prix game on the MS. Can still remember the poor sound effects of the car so well. Excellent stuff!

I bet that Rendering Rangers set you back alot. Cost easily over 100 pounds in Japan.
