A few SFC games for me over the past few weeks - Septentrion/Puzzle Bubble off this forum, rest from elsewhere.

I was surprised to find that there's the ability to brake in Spindizzy Worlds - that never existed in the original game did it? Certainly don't remember that feature when playing it on the C64... so either the game's difficulty was toned down for the console version, or I was making life bloody hard for myself back in the day.

Last count I had over 1120 games. So i'd say about 85% of all Japanese releases by now. I'm not going for box sets of the same game mind you. No point but I am going for the re-released versions since some feature bug fixes and different covers.

I never knew Flashback was a Sunsoft release :/

Got that for $70 AUD, had a new 72 pin connector installed. But the real bonus was the Stack-up

Blast, you do but a load of retro! Any chance of a pic of your setup?

Ahh my collection is not much really.

Most of the stuff I buy is just for one or two items out of a bulk lot, and the rest is resold. Not to mention I am selling a lot of stuff now because I am moving out

But i'll see what I can do about a picture

I've been buying up quite a few Satakore Saturn released recently to fill holes in my collection. Also managed to get the final Idol Disc I needed to complete the collection. Who would have thought that Hard Off would have the hardest to find disc ! I only went in there on the off chance as well. Talk about lucky. I also got the classic Mega Panel for Mega Drive and the Mega Drive 20th anniversary special of Game Side magazine. Comes with loads of cool Mega Drive related stickers.

Megapanel, I rented that when I first got my Megadrive (1990) and it was a really good puzzler. Forgot about it as I never saw a copy again until I was lucky enough to get one in a bundle of Japanese Megadrive games about 3 years ago.

All the below are from the generous Rosey Grey (a pseudonym, you'll be disappointed to know):

ISS Deluxe is in particularly good condition.
                    Mmmmm.... Mario Bros. 3.

Never got around to trying Unirally out, it's meant to be ace isn't it?

It is supposed to be good. I'm just not sure I can get over how dull it looks. Basically you've just got a bare background, colourful track and unicycle and that's it. You can't see much of the track in front of you, either. I'm sure if I'm persistent I'll get used to it.

I loved Unirally, it's a good party game and one that you can play with people who aren't much cop at videogames. It has hidden depth and a fantastic sense of speed. Stick with it, I wish I still had my copy.

It's brilliant. Make sure you have someone to play against and remember - tricks = speed increase.

                              Some recent purchases:

I know the games aren't up to that much, but I've been playing a lot of retro Indy recently. Still looking for a Super Fami one in decent nick.

Finally I found Rockman on the Famicom. Actually Broadway Nakano has a stack of them now. I snapped up the one in best nick.

Finally my DSi, Gyakuten Saiban box sets, a Game Boy Light (that's six I have now) and a Game and Watch.

                                Continuing the SNES/Superfami theme...

The best tennis game ever and one of my fave arcade conversions. Very happy memories of playing both of these back in the day. Super Tennis cosumed my life for months and it's still untouchable IMO.

Both of these came mint from my good friends over at Genkivideogames, and for a very nice price, too.

Sorry for the ****e picture quality, I blame my camera phone.
