Heh, thought you guys might like it

I can't believe how well the logo came out! I got it from Yakumo here:

...and then used www.streetshirts.co.uk to print the shirt. I just cropped out the border and used their online t-shirt designer as it allowed me to vectorise the image for a proper quality print. It really does look amazing... I'm over the f*cking moon!

      I need a PC-Engine one!

One thing, is that green the right colour?

It pains me to say this, but for about the third time ever I actually agree with you.

Plus Real Bout is my fave in the series. Damn I miss that game.

Yeah it looks pretty close... it's just the way the photo came out in poor light on my dodgy phone.

            Not quite something ive bought...

            A (now) front-lit Gameboy Color!

After dismantaling 3 broken GBA-SP's I won off ebay and attempting this mod. I failed misrably all three times The solder points on the light were so fragile, even the slightest knock destroyed them...
But taking the experience from the three failures, I built up the courage and took a risk with the spare battered (but working) GBA-SP I had and gave it one last risky shot.

Ill be calling this Version 1. A bit of dust got between the screens which im not happy about.
I would have gone back in and cleaned up, but after failing repeatedly, I gave in and decided to head to bed with a lit GBC to play Dragon Warrior 3!

So, ill be on the look out for more broken/damaged SPs to make Version 2!

Anyone know a good way to get stickers off of a Gameboy box? Cash converters has a game I want boxed complete in good condition but I wanna know how to get that sticker off, I dare not even try peeling it off!

Get the sticker warmed up with a hairdryer (not using excessive heat) so the gum melts a bit and then gently peal off the sticker. In some extreme cases I have used my fingers to heat up residual sticker mess (by rubbing back and forth across it) 'til it's gone but that leads to blisters.

Recently did that to a giant sticker on the back of an Art of Fighting manual.

@ Cauterize Wicked mod! Looks great all lit up like that.

Lighter fluid is always a good option too and won't stain as it just evaporates.

Depends what type of label it is. If you're lucky it'll be the laminated sort that just peels off as the glue is pretty greasy. The other sort is a pain in the ass and just rips leaving the back of the label still there

nice, heres my famicom gba sp i modded with a brighter backlit screen from an ags-101 sp, rather than a standard frontlit sp screen. Might be selling it soon so keep them peepers on buy/sell/exchange

I'm ever drawing closer to that complete JPN Saturn set now with these beauties. Well, some beauties.

Atelier Marie Ver1.3 - Thought I had this years ago but found out that I never. Nice Japanese isometric adventure.
Backguiner Act-2 - Both Acts of Backguiner are hard to find but this 2nd act is very rare.
Ghen War - Not rare at all. Another that I thought I owned but turned out not to.
KISS Yori... - The more common cover variation that I never had. Got both now.
Try Rush Deppy - The most rare of all the Saturn action games. This title is seriously hard to find. Things such as the Playboy Karaoke discs or any of the mega rare hanabin titles turn up more often than this. Been looking for a copy for years and now I find a factory sealed one for only 710yen! SCORE!
Shiroki Majo Sample - Factory sealed sample disc. I'm not really sure if I want a complete sample collection but I may as well grab the cheaper ones for now.

Wasnt aware of the marker when I first bought NAM, so I thought I had bought one from a easily offended gamer!
What's the scoop? Did they censor the woman or something?

                            Darius Gaiden for Sega Saturn.

Not very impressed really, it's alright.

I love Darius Gaiden, the music alone is reason enough to play it imo.
