Well, finally gave in and got another Neo. Absolute minter (apart from that wee crease on the box!), RGB modded etc........



Already off to a flyer with the bulk of my favourite games, most of which have been supplied by people from this very forum at great prices.



Can't wait untill tomorrow to get a full day with them!

That is a truly incredible spread! The only way I'm able to play the majority of the early KOF games (94 - 98) is on that awful PS2 compilation. I've got 99 - 02 on DC though and those are much better ports.

I really like Waku Waku 7 too.

Garou, too, is incredible and a real Street Fighter rival!

EDIT: Wow! I never knew that Airboarder 64 was released in PAL territories. Wasn't it supposed to suck though?

For me personally, MOTW is my favourite beat 'em up ever. It's just so easy to get in to. And i have to say, the mod done on this Neo for RGB gives an absolutely astounding picture on my sony CRT, i've never, ever seen Neo games look this good before! (and i've had quite a few Neo Geo's over the years!) Absolutely loving it. Between this and my PC-Engine collection, i don't think i'll ever need buy another system. (hence why i've got so much kit up for sale at the moment!)

I miss my Sony CRT. The RGB image looked perfect - I just didn't like how it didn't fill the screen properly, now I have a widescreen CRT, the image isn't as nice though.

Love MotW to bits (though Sam Sho 4 just shades it as my fave SNK fighter). Metal Slug 3 = my fave in the series, one of the essential Neo Geo games. And Pulstar is quite possibly my favourite horizontal shooter ever.

Not a great fan of KoF personally but all in all a great haul mate. Nice one
