Oh yeah, Telegames are last. Over priced, poor condition and idiot staff is what I remember about them when I tried to buy a PC Engine TG from them many years ago.

The only things I ever bought from Telegames were English versions of Evolution and Faselei for the NGPC at £40 a pop upon release. A bargain considering how much the value of them rose, at least until bundles of loose copies of Faselei started appearing on t'eBay.

Yeah flops probably a bit harsh as it wasn't exactly 3do sales but it was still behind the SFC, PCE and also the Famicom, I suppose it did well enough for some JPN devs to consider it worth supporting though, sort of like the 360 atm.

I could buy a copy of Brave Fencer Musashi, for PSX, NTSC/J, great condition, for €12.
it is any good? looked eBay, it sells for about twice the price, but I was wondering if it's a game I could enjoy, as I wouldn't interested in purchasing it to resell on eBay...

Didnt Telegames distribute quite a few obscure games in the UK? I remember Soccer Kid (GBA) being one and lots of Atari Lynx games. Maybe thats how theyre still in the business.

Yup, they did some Jag games, too.

I got my imported MD from there in about 1989 and although the store has a bad reputation it was a pretty awesome place back in the early '90s. Lots of import goodies, although the prices were obviously a joke.

Now you come to mention it I DID buy more stuff from Telegames. I have a copy of Desert Strike for the Lynx that's literally just a circuit board with a Telegames sticker on it!

They've brought out Soccer Kid on just about every platform known to man, maybe they own the rights or something?

                      I'll second this opinion!

I remember the magazine ad for that. A photo of a pre-teen little girl staring at you with emotionless eyes with the tag line "Play me, I'm a Miracle".

In hindsight, probably not the best advert ever, TBH.

Telegames had a shop in Peteborough in the early 90s, was my first proper exposure to import gaming! I remember buying New Zealand Story for the MD there and a convertor to play it on my pal machine and trying out Super Ghouls and Ghosts on the Super Famicom.

If you're serious about learning the piano do what I did. Get yourself a kick ass midi keyboard and a copy of Saturn Music school 1 or 2. It's really well put together in the method of teaching.
