Neostuey asked me last weekend if i'd be interested in buying his PC-Engine collection as he wanted to use the funds to buy some home cinema kit. Well, i've just flown back from London tonight to find three ridiculous boxes waiting for me! Only once before have i ever bought a collection this big in one go, it took me about half an hour to unpack it all!!!!

Obviously i already have a lot of the titles so i'll be selling them on (as agreed beforehand with Stuart, i didn't want him thinking it was a buy and resell). But, i'm chuffed to bits with so many of the items that will remain in my own collection. In all these years i've never owned a duo monitor!!!!

Anyway, massive thanks to Stuart for such a great trading experience (as always) and rest assured your kit has come to a good home mate with someone who'll genuinely look after it.

Wouldn't bloody surprise me mate, 50% of the PC-Engine kit in the UK probably belonged to me at some time or other! (Probably much like yourself with super famicom games )

Bought a loose NES Classics Super Mario Bros cart from Gamestation today, 99p. Quite pleased with that. They had a basket full of clearance stuff outside the front of the shop when I passed by today, nothing of interest other than the GBA cart I snapped up. Still, was quite amusing seeing original PlayStations being sold off for 99p, as someone who remembers when Japanese PSs were ?700 (without stepdown convertor) from the local importers.

Thats a mouthwatering collection ikobo 1, it must have been so exciting coming home to all that. I remember buying a Saturn collection that wasn't even half that size and I felt like a little kid at Christmas.

The box art on some of the PC Engine games that have been posted recently is amazing. I ca't think of a console that has such consistently good cover art as that throughout so many games. You folks really make me jealous!

A complete copy of Mega Turrican for only $9.

Ex-Rental, but I got most of the stickers off and I can't really complain because of the price :P

It also has an awesome intro
