Yes. I like cars, not stupid things like this. Ridge always did a great job of creating original cars that you would like to see in real life.

I've only ever played the demo to R4, but the thing that stood out to me was the design.

Wools' avatar was enough for me to dig out the PS1 demo disc and play it again! The PS3 didn't like it much though

However, the boxart and in-game presentation was gorgeous! It reminded me of a subtler Designer's Republic.
You should get another, opened, copy and put it in one of those CD photo frames!

Besides, what's not to love about a game where you can drive a Pac-Man car?!

Didn't Arcade magazine give this a glowing review? I remember them pointing out the different cars made the game play in very different ways.

I always found RR4 laughable compared to say.. Gran Turismo.

But I was a kid so I didn't really get that it was an arcade racer.

The cars in Rage Racer were much better in terms of gameplay. All felt different and could be upgraded. To me R4, as good as it was felt like something of a step back. I Still hammered it mind, but didn't love it as much as the others.

I just need to find an MD in the same condition now, there isn't a single mark on that MCD box. The MD I currently have will do me until then though..............

Mega Cds are expensive in Japan ( at least 100 pounds boxed) so that must of cost a pretty penny.

Something about a PAL setup I love though.
