Sounds a bit of a bargain as that's less than I paid for just that one game
Was the Japanese version, mind you. Is the PAL version rare-ish too?

It was/is fairly rare and would fetch around ?40-?50 a while back. Now it's more around ?25-?30.

Is the PAL version of Super Pang bordered?

Is Puznic any good? I've never heard of it before.

A rather curious item. Not sure who made this, and when - or if it is just a hack of another game. But it's kinda interesting to see good ol' DK on a Megadrive!

Puzznic has actually been around for a while. It was originally an arcade game and it was also converted to the PC Engine and some other formats.

You have to slide blocks around to make matching pairs or triples disappear. It's based on clearing set levels rather than score attack and survival. The arcade version has risque pictures of lovely ladies in the background which are slowly uncovered as you complete more levels. Unsurprisingly, this feature hasn't made it across to the PlayStation version (which I thought could have done with a bit of livening-up).

My latest acquisition - Su Doku 3 on PlayStation (yes, that number-placing game).

I've played the rom of that. It's horrible I'm afraid.

Still, nice to own if you like collecting obscure pirate MD games.

Rocket: Robot on Wheels. Not very expensive but I've found it hard to track down a US copy in good condition. It's worth playing, you can pick up a cart only version easily.

Cool, that one's on my list to get as well

In the same vein as you, I bought a new/sealed Resi 2 for the N64 from Ebay that was also sent in just an envelope :/

Panzer Front for the PS1 arrived today. Absolutely no idea if it's any good - it was mint & going cheap, so I bought it.

That's happened to me as well. Ogre Battle 64 which was in perfect condition stuffed inside one of the ultra cheap padded envelopes which have little to no padding. Unsurprisingly it arrived a little squashed. I did get it for a good price (less than ?25) so I didn't complain. Had I paid ?40+ as I was prepared to do I'd have sent it back to him in the same rubbish packaging.

I'm not into long winded simulation games but Panzer Front is actually pretty enjoyable despite an abysmal frontend and save system.

It reminds me of that Alan Partridge quote, "like three men burning in a tank"
