He's still about and if I remember rightly, I sold to him a year or so back on ebay. Actually, I think he also put me in touch with you back in the day when I think you were living in(I think) Dorset?!

Courtesy of Katsujinken, this arrived this morning, and it's arrived quicker than the one I was outbid on eBay last week would of, so that's a bonus.

Gonna have a blast on it later today.

96 page fanzine from 1993 which I got for the original cover price of £3.00.

It's made for some pretty interesting reading, there's a history of the PCE from '87 - '93. A page announcing that the Arcade Card is coming soon, with screenshot comparisons. Some neat accessories, 6 button arcade stick. Game preview and game guide with 230+ one paragraph reviews and scores etc.

Just got through reading this and really enjoyed it. The only downside is now my list of game wants grows ever more.

Would be nice to stumble across some more PCE centric fanzine material.

Bought a couple of Saturn goodies today as well as a few other things.

For Saturn there's Shadows of Tsuk, Zork 1, Off World Interceptor, Roommate Ryoko Inue, The Tower and Tantei Saburo Jinguji. For the Dreamcast I got Hello Kitty Garden Panic. Don't laugh ! I only got it because it only came with the Kitty Dreamcast sets. And finally Golden Axe II for the Mega Drive.

I`m not from Dorset, I`m from Fleet in Hamsphire. I think you have the wrong matey. I have been to Dorset though 20 years ago and it had amazing arcades I remember. Glad he`s still about. Must ask Raven about him as it them that flog that fanzine now as opposed to direct from him back in the day. That fanzine is nearly 15 years old and people still remember it, I don`t think the same will ever happen for any gaming website.

Finally compete MD setup... If it wasn't for that sod putting the Mark III adaptor up for sale *grumble grumble*.

Couldn't take any decent photo's this morning so you get a mashup.

On Thursday I managed to snag a sealed copy of Border Down for ?20 at a games shop in Glasgow that was having a closing down sale. I had seen it sitting there for over a year now, priced at 60 quid (and being dubiously described as "the follow-up to Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga" on a sticker on the display box).

                  Not too shabby, I think.
