Tis a thing of beauty! And all for around about 50 quid, cheaper than virtual console methinks... and I don't have to WAIT for the games to be released....
I said this to the missus, how I didn't use the Wii 'cos I've got all the games I love already! *strokes N64*

Everytime I see a nice MD set-up though I have to get mine out and give something hardcore a bash

Nope its for a mini handheld nintendo made, The games for it are pretty good. Tetris is one of the best games you can get for it.

Heres more info on the handheld itself

It's for the Pokemon Mini Handheld which came out a few years ago around the time of the huge Pokemon craze. Brilliant little handheld but very under-marketed and didn't seem to do very well sales-wise. Google it and read more about it - brilliant handheld

The PAL console only had a total of 5 games for it and the one I bought is particularly hard to come by. Only 3 of us on the forum have the game now I think?

EDIT: Beaten to it by importaku!

Hmm we have one of those and three games for it in work all boxed up... Looks quite cool, considering it's by Nintendo. :P

Yep, DC stuff is going through the roof at the moment. Saturn stuff is dropping too, which would suggest Sega fans are moving on a generation when it comes to retro collecting!

Why on Earth is there a picture of a Middle Aged man on the box? What kind of marketing scheme is that? Forget scantly clad hot chicks - middle aged business men is where it's at!

Either that or pretty much everyone who wants a Saturn collection has got it by now. 95% of Saturn games are not difficult or expensive to get.

Of the rest about 2.5% are just expensive but not hard to find (e.g. Panzer Dragoon Saga, SF3), and the other 2.5% are actually difficult to find (e.g. Jewels of the Oracle, Courier Crisis). These last ones are generally pretty rubbish games though, so there's not much incentive for most people to actually get them.

@ danholo. Thats a 'President' edition DC. All early jp Dreamcast feature the same image (i belive the gentleman is the then President of Sega Japan) its was tied into the Japanese launch marketing campain which featured the Sega head honcho semi-seriously apoligising for Segas 'mistakes' with the mega cd, 32x, Saturn etc and 'begging' people to trust Sega and buy a DC! Such was the sorry state of Sega back then

He wasn't the president of Sega. Just someone else high up who appeared in the advertising campaign like you said.

It's Yukawa Senmu who was managing director I think.
