Sonic The Hedgehog - Mega Drive

As a kid, this is the only game I played. Absloutly wonderfull.

Sonic - SMS.

First game I truly knew inside out. I could complete it pretty quickly as a kid getting all the emeralds and most of the secret extra lives. Its still my favourite version of Sonic as well.
Timing the 2 jumps on the first stage so you disappeared completely off the screen was always satisfying.

The first game I probably ever bust wide open was Sega Rally. I was GOD at that game, and beat a few best laptimes in the magazines to prove it
Shame i've lost my edge now.
More recently i've become rather good at Guilty Gear, so i'm on my way there!

Super Mario World on the SNES

I came to the console game reasonably late so it's with the Dreamcast for me -
I could 100% Space Channel 5 and play Crazy Taxi for over an hour, ran out of passengers to pick up.

Would have to be ThunderForce 3 on the MD. I absolutely loved this game. The graphics, the music, the powerups it all just fitted together so well, and the lava and ice levels well...

Played it almost every day for years, whenever I had a spare hour. Got so good at it I could one finish it on a single life and a single credit on the mania difficulty setting.
