There are so many knock off GBA games it's a joke. I remember going on holiday a few years ago and seeing shops full of them; ruddy ridiculous. The audacity of some sellers is beyond me.

Nintendo should really take a harder line with these sellers. I remember a mate of mine sold a couple of CD-R copies of Windows ME, and he got a knock on the door (and a severe bollocking) from a Microsoft representative a week later!
It's upto Nintendo to police it really, as eBay don't do anything unless the 'verified rights owner' steps forward with a complaint.

They should really be using eBay's VeRO programme. I'm pretty sure they can afford to have a few staff trawl through the listings every now and again. If Microsoft can manage it, surely Nintendo can.

Is this a genuine JAP MD title? and why is it so expensive? Ive never seen a MD game put up for so much!

It's the software for a kit of peripherals that turned the MD into an answering machine / online banking kinda... thing. There's some info about it over at assemblergames here: http://assemblergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5247
Not sure if it was ever commercially released. It may have only been a prototype hence the high cost.

It's not an answerphone - the original story that was on Assembler was nonsense.
It's used for basic online banking, like the similarly obscure & rare Nagoya cart - this is basically the same thing but Sega-branded instead. It was sold commercially, but only in a bundle-pack along the a MegaDrive, Mega Modem and (also ****-rare) 10-key Controller.
There's other non-game Japanese carts that are probably worth even more, like San San & Go Net - don't think I've ever seen a copy of Go Net sold...
I made a thread about some of these non-game carts at Guardiana ages ago:
