1. Guardian Heroes - can't believe this hasnt been mentioned yet (oh just re-read the rules, yeah so what this wasnt in the arcades but i dont care!)
2. The D&D ones - they were awesome! so many paths
3. Golden Axe - its just one I played so much as a kid
4. Streets of Rage - never played the 2nd so don't flame me but this was awesome

Very hard to choose but i think thats right. Could have put shinobi or splatter house etc in but i went for the this style of beat em up.
