My 100% minty mint Pal Panzer Dragoon Saga. It was like new, even the cardboard outer box. Even if I wanted to splash a load of money out to get it again, finding one in the same condition would be impossible.

I get my tidy, sensible head on sometimes. I have a clearout. Then I have regrets.

    Can't keep it all though.

Never say impossible buddy, there's ALWAYS someone somewhere with one, especially on these boards !

Too true ... I bagged a PDS factory sealed in a hard plastic blister pack (so untouched even by oxygen!) not so long ago for around a hundred quid. It can be done! Which reminds me of another thing I regret selling ... the similarly sealed Phantasy Star IV that I sold a year or so back ... ah well. Still have memories

I've never had to sell anything... so I'm not sure I've got something to post in this thread yet. I've sold some bits, but it was neither through necessity or stuff I regret. I do have an idea of what I would regret if I let them go, hence those are my most... precious...!

The actual 4-in-1 cart isn't too hard to find... after the C64GS bombed, most of the spare carts ended up in normal C64 bundles from 1990-92, which is probably how you got yours (along with... a T2 cart perchance?).

I didn't have the T2 cart. Much as I wanted to play it. I had the 4-1, Pang and Navy Seals. Loved them all but Pang wasn't a patch on the arcade one but I wasn't to know that at the time.

I've had many regrets. Selling my one slot consovolised MVS with around 40 games for £200, selling off my N64 collection with around 60 games for a similar amount.

My biggest regret though was trading in a US SNES with around 80 mint Japanese/US titles for an Amiga 1200. Three weeks later Commodore went bust and I hated the machine so much I ended it up swapping it for a pal machine with 10 games as I was so desperate to get rid of it.

I'm exactly the same, infact, you never know, if you decide u want the inFamous LE back I could well be going through a "tidy sensible clearout" moment

My biggest regret is selling my Shenmue 2 promo copy. Infact all my Dreamcast promos, I had stuff like Rez as at the time contributed to a DC website that received stuff from Sega. Was contemplating getting them back, but having seen the prices they fetch now... sod that!

Ah... I was wondering if you got the T2 bundle you see, guess not. Pang was a decent conversion in my eyes, especially given all the balls on screen. Navy SEALs was a wonderful example of taking a crap film and making a great game from it...

Don't get me wrong I hammered Pang on the 64. Just was young and naive hoping it would be just like the arcade! I really enjoyed Navy Seals but have never seen the movies. I love the music in the game certainly the theme.

                      Was it from the movie?

Nope, the music was all original, Matthew Cannon was an under-rated and lesser known SID musician, but a very good one nonetheless. The ragtime music he did for The Untouchables was excellent too.

I went to the States in 99 and picked up a minter for $60. Still had the scratch and sniff bit in the manual unscratched. Sold it for ?90 on ebay a couple of years later.

I suppose my biggest was over a few months.

                            Boxed & mint Super Famicom
Boxed & mint Super Famicom Jr
                            US SNES
                            Boxed Super Wild Card DX32
                            Xe-3 Joystick
                            JB King Joystick
                            Capcom Soldier pad
Capcom Power Stick with IR unit
400+ Boxed & complete SFC carts including every 1st party NCL release apart from Fire Emblem Thracia 776 LE box
In that list was also stuff like DBZ Hyper Dimension, Final Fight Tough, Spriggan Powered, Seiken 2 & 3, Tales of Phantasia, All the Bomberman games, a brand new Final Fantasy IV easy Type, Sufami Turbo with all the available games & loads of typically bonkers Japanese stuff.

I got a hell of a lot of money for it all but what gets me the most?

I sold a major chunk of it to CEX Retro literally weeks before they had that flood and most of it got ruined.

I don't regret parting with the systems that I've sold, but I do regret trading a Neo-Geo CD w/ games (7 or inc. Viewpoint!) for a boxed Super Famicom w/ a couple of loose carts and some convertor/backup unit that allowed games to be backed up to floppy.

I've put it down to temporary possession. It's the only way I can live with having made such a retarded decision.
