I never watch the extras anyway, so if it gives the feature more space, I'm fine with it...
think I'll rent it.

Why do we have to buy a DVD version in the same pack as well, why not just let us buy the BD?

I suppose if I buy the soundtrack CD I'll get a CD + Cassette double pack?

I have to agree with Lyris actually, once upon a time I would have been complaining about the non-extras version now, but in truth I literally never watch them, so it's not a big deal for me now.

Don't get why all the blu-rays I've bought recently have DVD versions as well, I must admit.

The Up "superset" made me laugh, it's obscene with it's digital copy, dvd, blu-ray...and a disc of extras!

I wouldn't mind, but I still haven't watched it yet, had seen it before, just wanted it in the collection!

I'm quite interested in how they made & designed Pandora tbh, so extras for the film would have been ideal. So i'll probably double-dip when they release it again in Nov.

I do think you can buy Avatar with just the bluray disc.

The box was the same price in dvd and blu, so things are moving in the right direction.

As for the Avatar disc
Its a breath taking 47gb encode, it really is stunning to look at!
I will double dip gladly as I will most likely have my 3D display by then.
