But an extra disc of extras is good an all but "All special features in standard def" what is this 2002 ??
Well that's daft then, but it does seem to be the mentality though these days. Pay more and get less. Just look at the Halo 3 Legendary edition, Bungie couldn't even be ****ed to produce the extra disk in HD and people payed out the arse for that helmet.

If Superman Returns has full 1080p bonus features, why can't this?

And yes, they're back online again now!
      EDIT:
USED Masters of Horror: Season 1, Volume 2 (Blu-ray) £12:99 Used
Having realised that I am only really interested in the Takashi Miike episode I might just buy Volume 4, although it is going to look a little weird on my shelf with none of the other volumes alongside it.

In a battle of £ versus aesthetics there can only be one winner.

I have no idea what any of the episodes are like, and I hadn't even heard of Masters of Horror until I spotted Vol 1 and 2 on Movietyme, but as I'm a big horror fan I'll be buying the whole lot anyway

A fool and his money etc...

Eh? I've been watching my Blu-ray Spider-man 3 extras and they're most definitely in 1080i - on the second disc at least anyway.

"Reign Over Me" (Adam Sandler and Don Cheadle) is £4.13 delivered at 4cheapcds (http://www.4cheapcds.com/product/Rec...Me_(BR)/178930). Same place that had Pearl Harbour for cheap a while back.

£4.49 at dvd.co.uk if you prefer them.

Odd, but nice n cheap blu-ray for the collection!

I'm almost wet with anticipation now after hearing that lol. Was going to buy it at Tescos this lunchtime for ?35 but I forgot my credit card. Hopefully there will be a copy still on the shelf by tomorrow.

Is "Reign Over Me" any good?

I watched Spiderman 3, which I'd not seen before and it looked absolutely stunning!

I think it's helped due to the fact that so much of what you are seeing is digitally produced anyway so it should look top class. Everything does look a touch fake in it but that's how it's supposed to look and it works well for me.

Well... my mate said he fell asleep while he was watching Reign Over Me. But it was on an overnight flight and he has issues watching films over 1hr. Not sure if thats much help

Even though I'll watch it this week, I'll still buy the box for myself very soon. I've seen Spiderman 3 on Bluray and that was stunning (and I honestly enjoyed the film). So ?40 gets me one film I enjoyed, and two prequels that I really liked (especially Spiderman 2). It's a no-brainer, IMO...I don't double-dip very often but I make exceptions for films I genuinely like and offer a worthwhile AV upgrade. This boxset EASILY accomplishes that and does so much more

Um...I was thinking of a polite way to answer this but I couldn't think of one so I'll just go ahead with the direct answer!

NO!!! Not any use use at all to be honest but I do appreciate the effort!

My friend at work really liked it. He said it's a pretty depressing film in places but it's got a great story, and some really good performances. I'd take the risk for ?5 but I know it's something I don't want to watch (not my kind of film at all)

                                Cheers!!

I knew who was in it but knew nothing about the film and I was expecting it to be some sort of teen love story type thing...obviously not though!

I really enjoyed Spiderman 3 also. How can a film with Bruce Campbell in not be the best thing ever?
