So if there is a torrent version that's a direct grab of the HDTV broadcast then yes, it should probably look better (albeit slightly worse in terms of compression, but better overall).
It's Gladiator all over again - send the message that this is not OK and wait for the proper release to come out.

Decent review of LOTR trilogy. DNR scrubbed mostly for 1 and 2 and 3 are better. Not fussed and ordered it from Tesco last night for ?40.
