Listening to CagedBaby's Essential Mix at the moment. A funky 2 hours of electro and minimal techno.

    Very juicy.

The green room mix by DJ River, just torrented off his site.
Nothing too imaginative, but nice and chilled. Starts off with a great Lemon Jelly track.

Also, got a belated bday present from a friend which is pretty rocking: Evil Nine Y4K remixes

depends... radio1 (spit) or the vast array of 'easy listening' choons on the store's hdd stereo systems which consist of katie melua(?) coldplay (vomit), kt tunstall (which i actually really like) michael buble etc etc etc.

though i may just bang on the internet radio and have radioabf.net on.

no ****, it was playing before i looked at this thread.
If ur into Wilco you should check out Jim O'Rourkes records "Eureka" & "Insignificance" as IMO they're even better
              I'll look into that, cheers.

                  Old bastard alert!

Today I watched The Beat's 2003 Festival Hall gig on my Play-yan on the train today, pretty good.

Last Friday i watched Sade's Lovers Live concert on my play-yan. Now, that was something special.

My whole collection recently picking out stuff for my club night, found some gems. Been putting in serious time with Sonic Youth's 'goo' and 'dirty', Dirty pretty things 'waterloo to anywhere' The Rakes exellent album(so good i forgot what its called) and The libertines 'up the bracket'.Ive also downgraded the terror alert on Babyshambles 'albion' from rubbish to quite good actually!.

Gone Guru by Lifeseeker - can't get it out of my head.

That and Living in the Sunshine, Loving in the Moonlight by Tiny Tim.

If there's a more bizarre mixture of songs, then I've yet to come across it

'New York State of Mind' Beastie Mix tape by Green Lantern.

"So Whatcha Want" being the highlight but its all good, especially 'Looking Down The Barrel Of A Gun' which has some very well placed Biggy Smalls at the end and is far better than the original version imo

Bizarrely, I've gone back to Radiohead's Kid A for the first time since giving up on it when it first came out. It's still awful but there's a couple of tracks on the album which are just total Aphex Twin business (the actual track called Kid A and Idioteque).

Also, a strange album called Lovage by hip-hop producer Dan Nakamura, which is pretty groovy and has the added bonus of guest appearances from Mike Patton.
