I'm going to rely on you lot to recommend any great spring series. I usually end up biting off more than I can chew so I'll stick with heroman and maybe angel beats unless another series is recommended to me.

regarding Durarara ep9, that seiji guy is a total head case and wish every comeuppance on him, i cheered loudly when
the "Bartender" guy head butted him but sadly i wanted more of a proper smacking around
Order of this season for me.
1. Kimi ni Todoke
2. Nodame Finale
3. Durarara
4. Sora no Woto
after that honorable mentions for Baka test which is surpisingly funny, Railgun only cos i like Index universe and would proberly be inthe top list if they included some actually sodding story, and LadyXButler/Hanamaru Kindergarten my guilty sins of the season

Must make an effort to post and not be so lazy!
Something posted on Rllmuk that I meant to swipe for here:
Full 3 minute wierd version of ZSZS's Ringo Mogire Beam OP.
Despite all my best intentions, I've fallen behind again in winter season (argh!) due to my ever increasing games backlog.
Spring is looking really hopeful for some good stuff that isn't the usual pandering harem pish that was good once but now fills too much of each season. The new show by Kaiba's creator and Shaft's new series both look like must-watches for me.
Uhh, aside from that I'm currently trying to catch up with Durarara and enjoying a lot. The second episode for some reason kind of put a massive depressive downer on me for some reason and made me not want to watch but I'm glad to see it picks back up again.
Back to the abyss I go....

Seiji stabbed him in both legs with biros. In the OP you can clearly see the scar on that girl's neck.

I don't think that girl has Selty's head, seems abit to far fetched(yes i know Irish ghosts and super human freaks aside) they could sow a "ghost" head on to a dead body of that stalker, me thinks that girl is that fireworks bloke girlfriend who happens to look like selty, brainwashed or something. Plus there no way a research piece like a ghost head going to be given away to that nut bag no matter who his sister is.

Caught up with Durarararararrararrarrararraara.
With regards to ep 9:
I think it probably is Selty's head. Added to the fact that the wierdo kid called her Selty at the end of ep 8 there's also here extreme reaction to the body half of Selty. Besides, the sewing onto the corpse of a girl could probably be waved aside with the explanation "for observation purposes". Also, considering this is the same company that is doing stuff with other random people it kidnaps, do you really think the higher ups would care about one nutjob playing with a corpse?
Just my two pence worth.

Hehe i find that pretty cool more than creepy, she is less fake than most generic real popstars nowdays
Hell i'd go see a miku concert, wonder how they display her as i thought maybe a screen but as she passes in front the lights in the background she seems to block the light like she is solid, how is that possible?

It's actually an illusion that's hundreds of years old. In low light conditions, if you place a piece of angled glass above brightly lit performers below, you project their image onto the glass screen.
Thorpe Park used this for their ghost train, as do Disney. It also featured in the illusionist (albeit it, shown in an unrealistic manner like all of the illusions were).

Not sure if this is of any interest to anybody, but Mamoru Oshii's Sky Crawlers is being shown (16:00pm - 18:10pm Sun 28th March) at The Electric Cinema in Birmingham as part of the Flat Packed Festival.
If you're near Brum and have never been to The Electric, treat yourself! It's brilliant. You can hire sofas which come with a bar service where you text your orders.
