I rewatched most of Full Metal Panic:F(for some reason i been rewatching fav shows, like Dokkioda) i forgotten most of what happens and its still funny, Sagara's 'common sense' is such a great comedy tool, watching him in normal situations mess things up so much from a lover letter in his shoebox and trying to flirt with women('girl hunt') to turning the pansy'gayass rugby team into killers and releaseing a Bioweapon in the school.

Role on the proper sequel to FMP next year

If you want more Fumoffu style antics, I suggest reading the Full Metal Panic manga (volume 3 onwards). I just got volume 6 and there's a Christmas and new year theme throughout which was missing from both anime series.

Bad news guys, Solar have decided to treat Genshiken as if it had been licensed. No word on whether Faith are going to continue it solo or merge with another group willing to finish it but for now, it looks like thats all we're getting of Genshiken. Wannabe who do School Rumble said they'd continue with it until they see otherwise.

I don't think it will, tbh - from looking at the current dvd sets on yesasia, the only language is Japanese, and it says nothing about subtitles.

It's a shame, but i'm sure somehow the anime will probably reappear when it's completed on some dodgy sites. either that or bootleg-a-go-go.

Still, i need to wait anyway - I'd like to have a look at the manga that's coming out next year, as it looks to carry on the story than just the 12 episodes, and it's still going.

I have to say that Genshiken is my pick of the season (it was Yakitate). It's just so funny, plus it gets kudos points for being Guilty Gear oriented as well.

Anyways this business with MFI is disapointing, but they do have the right to do this. It annoys me when I see supposed "Anime" fans expecting things to be free.

Akane Maniax is weird, but it's enjoyable and as a big fan of KGNE it's refreshing to see a humourous side of the world.

Been enjoying Fafner and Seed Destiny loads as well, good shows to fulfil my mecha needs.

What's everyone looking forward to in 2005 then? I saw the trailer for Air and it reminded me so much of the Onegai series, from the setting to the music. I'm hoping it will be good as I like the trailer/prelude. Other than that Tsubasa is the one I'm most looking forward to.


p.s. Has anyone been able to beat SP/Gold+EX Sol Badguy on Maniac difficulty with a normal character in Guilty Gear. He's the only one I need to beat to finish the set.

It'ss not that i expect them to be free, i just don't like being ripped off, its just the amount of time it takes to have a dubbing done and a ****ty looking sub done is far to long in nearly all series of anime and companies sitting on product for ages until they slowly finish releasing 3-4 eps on dvd's of other old shows(will i ever see Mahou Yuugi 2D or remastered Gunnuster?), count in that the price of importing R1's at ?17-20 a pop and R2 uk = ****, even years a popular show like Azumanga's release the R2 dub/sub is still only 2 dvd/9 eps so ****'um. And show like Genshiken would takes ages to dub/sub and even then i bet it would be butchered, (shudder* One Piece).

Humm, Gundam Seed ep9..

Nice little battle that, im surprised they went with the nukes straight away and PLANT have that microwave gun, plus who the hell was piloting that orange Ginn(or Dinn/Zaku whatever) had some nefty moves, and OMG if one Lacus is annoying, and fake one with seeming larger breasts and a more annoying peace loving/singy attuide is abit to much.

Some good news about Genshiken, Anime-Faith have said they'll be continuing the project solo without Solar's help. Releases will be slow but we'll get them eventually which I'm sure everyone will be pleased about.

the next ep should be good one for chouji, plently of decent flashbacks and fighting, what would hopefully be done in one super episode or at least get to using the red pill , im expecting the Neiji fight to my fav, but then it depends on what they do with the "extra guests"


also double bill of BECK and Gash Bell and all of Myhime(up to 11 to watch) woooo...
