Id speak to Paypal and see what their stance on it is so you know what the options are. If you described it in a certain way which was appropriate to the sale you must have some protection surely? They have a number for the UK on their website, although it will probably be routed to the US.

Believe me, she's amazing on a computer.

She can turn it on, open up internet explorer and go to the cbeebies website in bookmarks, as well as turn the tv & dvd player on, put in a dvd, turn the TV to AV3 and press play.

She also had the child gate figured in a couple of days

Did you send it via a trackable form of delivery? If he has a confirmed paypal address you should be fine.
