If Monaco can be improved by the new regs then hopefully Valencia won't be as big a snooze. The double DRS should work better than in Cananada. Get close on the first straight then rob on the second.

I loved how the commentators at lap 10 commented on "how the race has everything!". At that point, there had been only been a single car that had overtaking someone (and literally no failed attempts).
I turned it off just past halfway through, the only overtaking I saw that race was due to major mistakes by the car in front. Kinda matched the qualification where Vettel put in a lap, everyone else decided it wasn't worth trying to beat it and they all just put in a single lap for the most undramatic finish to qualification I've ever seen.
Get rid of these stupid tyre rules in qualification, re-introduce refueling (there's no drama when pits are 3-3.5 seconds for everyone).

But isn't that what RB do? Set up their car for qualy for one quick lap time, storm it, then lead a procession throughout the race? Whatever is happening, McLaren have went down in my estimations the last year as they are really letting it slip. It's only a matter of time before Lewis leaves I reckon unless they start making a car that is fast from race 1.

Vettel and Hamilton would be an amazing lineup for Red Bull. Or maybe Hamilton could be persuaded to head to Ferrari to replace Massa?
As much as Valencia is visually impressive it is one of the dullest races in the season and I think it would be better dropping the European GP. There have been plenty of new races added over the last few years.

The only reasoning I can think of people behind that opinion is that they're big McLaren fans, since you could say it was a boring race for them.

There was no drama, overtaking or real "racing" though. Seb was rarely seen as he just breezed through it. It was by far the worst race of the season and the vast majority of fans seem to agree. I honestly was nodding off watching it which hasn't happened at any other race this year as they have all been great.

Really? I was gripped for it's entirety and even watched it again after it finished. I thought there was quite a lot of overtaking too, atleast compared to previous races at Valencia.
It was also the first race I watched in HD, it's something to behold how improved it is compared to the ****ty SD stream.
Alguersuari did very well too. My favourite underdog drivers this 2011 season:
Perez
Maldonado
