Hamilton possibly in the points if he keeps up this pace now!

Incredible stuff. I thought overall Lewis deserved points, just for what he'd been through, tbh. Brilliant the way he had the brains to keep the engine going when everyone else would have given it up. What a weekend he's had.
It was hilarious watching car after car float off at the first corner. At least this was avoided!

That was THE best race of the year. Where to begin?
So much overtaking, so much close racing. Wheel to wheel, sidepod to sidepod. Everything.
Alonso absolutely decimated Massa in those last laps, a great deserved victory. Plus, with Alonso scoring 10 points and Massa 8, they have really cut into Hamilton's lead at the top of the championshp.
I feel for Raikkonen, but you have to question why he has always had reliability problems throughout so much of his career. After a certain point you really have to question if he drives his car too hard sometimes.
Just think, if he hadnt missed the pit lane entrance at the beginning, he would have probably been in the lead, Massa would have had to queue behind him. He could have built up a decent lead from which he could have turned the revs down, drove the car less hard. Who knows eh?
Crazy decisions by some of the teams, McLaren putting Hamilton on slicks way too early, and Renault bringing Kovalainen in far too early as well. he was in fifth, which would have been a good result for them and for him.
I agree with Hamilton as well, that its all good experience. Even if he can be downcast with the way the race went, and with his close rivals scoring high points, I think he still drove a good race. Decisive, assertive in his overtaking, and remained calm under pressure by keeping his engine running at the first corner whilst others climbed out of the car. When on dry tires, he showed that he was right up there with the leaders on pace, if not the fastest.
On a sidenote, great result for Webber. A vastly underrated driver by many, a true racer. Great to hear Murray walker again - some great excitable quotes like 'He's sawing the lead in half' and 'Alonso's through!!' when he was still behind Massa. Please come back, replace Mr Allen, please!
And while Im at it, Schumacher needs to come back. What is he doing standing watching the pit monitors, and handing out trophies. If he is coming to the races, he may as well be driving as well, seeing as his argument for retiring was spending more time with his family. He could step into an F1 car tomorrow, and still outpace Massa and Raikkonen I reckon.
Cant believe Ive written so much, but that race is why motor-racing, at its best, beats any other sport for me hands down.

Ron loved taking the trophy off Schumacher
Great stuff from Alonso at the end, wheel-to-wheel racing is what it should all be about.
Pity they ran out of time to show the press conference, would have been interesting to see what Alonso and Massa said after they were arguing in the weigh room.
I was kinda disappointed they stopped the race, I know there were a lot of cars at the first corner, but they were all crashing because they were on Intermediates, on full wets they probably could have made it round.
Hopefully it will rain in Hungary in a couple of weeks, last years race was good, but without rain it will be the normal eternal borefest that the Hungaroring provides.
Can't believe I forgot about Murray on Five Live though, would have been so much better with him instead of Allen, although the general sound quality is obviously much better on the TV.
