Cheers Haha. I am liking your new stuff as well - especially the two 'people' shots. In the 'flowers' shot, is the guy in front of a wall covered in grass wallpaper or are my eyes tricking me ?

Got to say, I think you've been getting some harsh and unjustified comments on flickr from that Delete Me group thing - whereas some are giving constructive comments , it just seems that others on there are trying to be rude on purpose, unless I am missing something ? I'd be tempted to be rude back if that were me !

That group actually advocates really harsh criticism and trolling lol, but none of it is meant to be taken personally, otherwise I wouldve thrown my camera out the window by now and taken up a new hobby

Getting a new lens for my birthday in 2 weeks. The Sony Alpha 75-300mm F4.5-5.6 Lens, £180 then £50 cashback with the deal Sony are doing right now. Quite good.

Looking forward to getting out taking photos again. It's been a while.

Thanks! I havent tried Getty Images, but Ive submitted some stuff to istock, only to have them rejected. Seems that their entry criteria is really high.

Has anybody had a play about with Photoshop CS5 yet now that it's publically been released?

I plumped for a student edition, taking advantage of my girlfriend's student status until she graduates in June. So far, I've found it to be a wee bit slower than CS4 was on my Mac, with sliders, buttons, statuses etc taking a little longer to respond.

The content aware fill feature is fantastic and is a real show stopper for me, carving up a lot of stuff that would have taken me ages to clone out before like stray hairs. It's not perfect though, preferring you do large sections in small chunks, though knowing when to let Photoshop take over and when to make manual clone selections will undoubtedly speed up your workflow.

Anybody have any experience of wolu.co.uk.

Apparently run by some shysters from HK/China from what I can find out. They put some false reviews about themselves on various sites but some 'real' reviews knock them badly.

Thing is they have some good prices on ebay (not their home site), and they have lots of positive feedback on there, so I'm thinking they couldn't 'manufacture' they feedback so easily.

In addition you have the Paypal buy with confidence thingy so I'm assuming all should be OK, yes?

Or should I worry?.
