I took your advice and looked into the matter further.

I 'acted' like I didn't know my Yahoo ID to find out that my account has been deactivated.

What the 'eff is up with this bollocks?

You need to find an email address then and get in touch with someone. Like I said, all you pics are still online and it doesn't say you're deleted from my end so it must be rectifiable.

Yeah you can get said lens but they do cost a fortune, i looked into the 80-200mm f2.8 but i avent got ?600 hanging around for one at the mo (or any time in the forseeable future)

          First lillies of the year:

And the rose on the front of my house is pretty stunning given that I do nothing except hack it back once a year:

Right, I've a meeting this week (now they've checked out my work) to sort out details of being an official tog of this years Brighton Hip Hop Festival. It's a community event that educates kids and promotes local talent in lots of different fields. With community in mind and also the fact that they've just had their major funding withdrawn I've offered to do it for free and they can use the shots as they see fit with the aim it may lead to bigger better things. As long as I'm credited for any shots they use I don't mind.

What's the deal with keeping the rights to shots though in this situation? Can anyone hazard a guess as to what I should be saying in the meeting. I want all rights and the option to do with them as I see fit also and would rather they can't use them commercially (for profit that is) unless I'm in on it.

              Ideas?

Well done, should be a great thing to photograph, lots going on. As for rights? Hmm, unsure. Google must be your friend for this kind of stuff. Check out the creative commons sites and see if they have anything about standard rights wotk etc.

Had my meeting just now. Was a super laid back affair and they have no interest in profiting from the shots, purely for documentation and PR/Marketing in coming years.

I'll have full rights and can also do with them as I wish with no fear of treading on their toes so it's all good.

Also I get a link on their site so who can recommend a better name for my flickr account (or is Agent L OK?) and how do I come up with a logo for them to use as a link? Maybe I should ask Fallows!!
