Katsu Curry = Good
Sweet potato = bad
Had my first asparagus of the season today. I only eat the Bristish stuff, had it as I always do on a weekend. Par boiled. then cooked in the griddle pan and served with toast, fried mushrooms and a poched egg. Super tasty.
No cooking tonight though as I am off to eat at Theo Randall's place at The Intercontinental Hotel. Been once before and it was the best Italian food I have ever eaten in my life, and that inlcudes several trips to Italy.
