Working 7 days at the moment, so when I come home I just want something quick. Tend to make a lot of stir frys and just whipped up some noodles with king prawns. Loving the tub of crushed chilli I picked up in the co-op, gave it masses of heat!

I'm a fan of the stir fry too, quick and tasty food is always good.

I made a favourite of mine tonight, Bacon, Asparagus and Parmasan tagliatelle.
It literally takes about 15 minutes for it all to cook and you don't really need to know any specific quantities, it just works.

That will be similar to my tea when I get round to making it. Having asparaugus, new potatoes and salmon en papillote.

As I said to Koops earlier: I stuffed an orange up a ducks bum then pricked it all over.

Mmmmm roast duck. Very important to stab it a lot so that the fatty juices can come out and baste itself whilst cooking.

Wow, some very impressive cooking on display. One of these days I should really learn how to make food myself. Bachelor chow (frozen pizzas and cereal) is getting kind of stale.

Mmm Aberdeen angus & potato korokke, went a bit decadent & added double extra thick jersey cream to the mash, crispy to perfection & fluffy on the inside.

I really should try to cook more non Japanese stuff but i find Japanese cooking fun to do & always like the taste so i tend to stick to it.
