Last night I made rice and chick peas in jalfrezi sauce(from the bottle. I know it's cheating but I'm Indian so I don't need to prove anything) with chopped tomatoes. It was all mixed together into a not-too-watery risotto, with yoghurt and tomatoes on the side. I'll put the photo up tomorrow but it's not much to look at. Tasted nice and my flat mate enjoyed it. Tonight I'm going to turn the leftovers into burritos. I've got the wraps, cheese and kidney beans, and some salsa. It won't be the least bit Mexican but hopefully it won't taste too bad

Hehe nice going as usual.
Today was the holy union of bacon & eggs, plus crumpets!
Behold crumpet french toast with bacon & maple syrup, the egg transforms crumpets into something amazing when dipped in beaten egg & fried the inner texture is all fluffy. Might try topping them with chilli jam next time.

I don't know who invented it originally but they were a genuis in choosing crumpets, the tiny holes soak up the beaten egg so when cooked the egg is inside the crumpet as well.
Yeah it's not remotely healthy but it tastes so nice LOL, if i stop posting then you know it did me in hehe
Btw, i noticed the shovel with the spoons i take it when your really hungy you do use that to eat?

All of the breakfasts I have made recently are all under 450 kcal so less than a mars bar and a coke, it's how you make it and what you cook it with that determines how bad it is.
My pancakes above this morning have exactly the same calorific value as 4 belvita biscuits (or one packet of them) I just know which I would prefer
